This is probably one of the best soup restaurants around. I highly recommend the Italian wedding soup and the chicken noodle soup. Even mixing it together is awesome. The soup is always fresh fresh ingredients. I generally go at least once a week if I'm too lazy to make my own soup. I highly recommend trying this place out.

The Cuban sandwich is absolutely delectable every single time. Top it off with top notch staff like Dan, Tasha, and Tommy, whom ensure expedient and friendly service every single time. An important thing for everyone to note is that these sandwiches are made fresh and sometimes if there is a line, you may only be waiting 5 to 10 minutes but I assure you its all worth it.

We are big Piping Kettle fans and have ordered from almost every location nearby. But the past few times here I've noticed a drop in quality. This time though it's a possible safety issue where our Toscana soup arrived with pink undercooked sausage. It was for a child so glad I noticed first... Skip refunded the $5 item, but now one of us doesn't have lunch because it'd be too expensive to pay for delivery, fees, and tip again and we are stuck inside sick. :(

5/5 food, I’m addicted to the Cuban sandwiches, and the smoothies are heavenly. I frequently come back for a Cuban sandwich that always hits the spot and tastes excellent and the smoothies are always tasty. The special (strawberry rhubarb) is amazing.
Also big shoutout to Thomas and Tasha, they typically make the sandwiches and smoothies I order and it’s spot on everytime. They’re also very nice and have always treated me wonderfully everytime. Big shoutout to Thomas and Tasha!

We waited for 5 minutes at the counter and weren't even acknowledged. The server talked to other people who walked in but he was just slowly making the previous persons sandwich and didn't say anything to us.

A great place to get delicious soup, salad, and sandwiches. Great gluten free options such as African Peanut Stew, Turkey Chili, and sandwiches made with GF bread using a separate toaster. The servers are so friendly and helpful too. Great experience!
