Neel provided maybe the best customer service I've seen entering a restaurant, which is very hard to find nowadays with workers in restaurants. I haven't been to a pita pit in a while but I'll most definitely come back to this oneššæ!!

I was so upset when I spent 30$ on this thing that I canāt even pick up and eat, they didnāt allow my boyfriend to add a third cheese to his pita that was also sliced up. When I went back and asked her to put it in a new pita and re wrap it for me she said she couldnāt because I left the store?! Huh? There was also another lady in the store agitated because sheās been waiting so long, she was saying that she works in the food industry and has never heard of that as a rule. As soon as I bit into it everything fell out the bottom. Thank you for ruining my dress and my dinner š

I want to express my deep frustration with the consistent poor service and quality Iāve received from this Pita Pit location. As a returning customer, I had hoped for a better experience over time, but unfortunately, the service and food quality continue to be unacceptable. I have experienced long wait times on multiple occasions over 10 minutes even when the store is EMPTY. Last month I uber order a pita filled with an overwhelming amount of onions about three full cups even though I did NOT request onions at all. Most recently, I uber order that was incorrect and completely falling apart. It was not remotely close to what I ordered, and the presentation was unacceptable. The customer service is equally disappointing. Staff often come across as rude, inattentive, and unable to clearly understand basic orders or requests, whether in-store or online. There is a consistent lack of professionalism and care, and it shows in the product and the service. This level of service is unacceptable for any business, let alone one that relies on repeat customers. I urge you to address the quality of staffing and training at this location. As it stands, I will not be returning unless clear improvements are made.

Always fresh and delicious! The staff are friendly and quick, and the portions are perfect. Great spot for a healthy meal on the go!
Awful. Pita pit has always been a go to. Always fresh and clean. Not today. I had point to use thatās why I decided on this today. I was charged too much then told she canāt do anything because they donāt issue refunds!! I had to ask them to replenish empty veggies which took her awhile in the back. When I entered I was the only customer. 10 mins later another customer put her order in. This whole process for getting this over priced barely fresh pita was 36 mins. I wasnāt rude in fact I felt a bit bad because the 2nd employee was wondering around and no help. But most of this was common sense. No customer service. Rude and incompetent for such a task.
