The individual working the front on their own was exceptionally quick on their feet. Upon arrival the line was fairly long but they got through it quickly, effectively and respectfully. I gave 3 stars for atmosphere because of the lack of safety at the front entrance inside the restaurant. There is no carpet, no signs warning of slippery floors/falling. Definitely a slip hazard seeing as it's winter, this can result in injury for a customer, a visit from the Ministry of Labor and a lawsuit. As well, the hand soap in the bathroom was a clear plastic bottle with water in it which leads me to believe that there is a chance the people preparing the food could also have the same set up. I wish I had noticed this beforehand. I acknowledge this could have been a one off. Cheers to the positive and the opportunity to elevate by actioning the negative.

Worst pita pita i have ever been to. I paid 20 bucks just for the pita bread as the employee barely put on toppings or protein in the wrap. Horrible....honestly never going back to any pita pit after this!!!

I ordered via uber eats and they made the worst salad possible. First the lid on my salad bowl was not closed (it was smaller than the bowl i dont know) second the sauces in the salad was way more, all i can taste was the sauces. Never had such experience with any other pitapit location.

Under new ownership (?) this place is really meh...it was struggling before, but there was energy and the food was fresh. Lettuce was definitely not fresh today, AND worst yet, they messed up our order. So I got the meat I was supposed to get but on my friend's pita (so all the toppings and sauces) vs my friend got mine... what if people have allergies or can't eat a certain food? And just in general, it sucks to pay for your order to be wrong.

Not enough staff. The lettuce was brown, and the food area was not clean. I only ordered a salad, and honestly, I hope I don't get sick after eating. This is not the quality of Pita Pit I'm used to. Very unfortunate. The only person working had no idea what celiac meant. Scary for food service.
This has to be on of the worst Pita Pit locations. The other day we ordered a gluten free pita and they called and asked if they could substitute a white pita???? Then we asked for a refund and had to go into the store to get it. Today we thought we would try again and I ordered a halloumi pita and got home to find a note saying they ran out and substituted falafel. If they had run out they should have called and I could have made another choice, a store can't just assuming a different product is acceptable. What the hell is wrong with people???? I'll never go here again and if you want what you order I suggest you don't as well.

Went here on a Monday night, arrived at 7:40 pm. hours on the door say it should be open until 8 pm. Door was locked and open sign off but could still see an employee inside.
Won’t be going back, and especially now after seeing all of the negative reviews. Too bad.

I came into Pita Pit feeling totally overwhelmed by all the amazing choices and couldn’t remember what I had ordered before. Melissa was absolutely amazing—so kind, patient, and helpful. She walked me through the options and made me a pita that was so good! Her customer service was top-notch and made the whole experience stress-free. Thank you, Melissa!

Food is good, but man do they need to hire people. We were in at 12, the one employee went to the back and after 3 minutes came back with a tray of lettuce. By then three people left the line and people were just calling out to the back door
