Update: after reaching out to pita pit for a refund, they said that the store owner told them we got our food and they will not be giving a refund. This is basically STEALING and I would advise you do not order food here. They close the store early all the time, then let you place orders that are completed on the app, then tell you it was cancelled. Order was paid and now I need to go get a refund. They did not cancel the order. Rude staff as well, they do not want to help whatsoever.

Regretfully, I left a tip for the staff person before I realized they were wearing a super short crop top and their belly button was like 1 inch from my pita ? I don’t think your bare stomach should be touching the surface area where you prepare food for the public. It was a very simple order and I had to repeat it several times. Prices have really increased; too pricey to take my kiddos who don’t like many toppings. Tables were also dirty so we took it to go.

Waited 15min then walked out. No one even acknowledged we were there. All the stock was bare too. They hardly had anything.

The Regular pita I recieved seemed abnormally smaller than what I get from other pita pit locations. It was good, but I'm still hungry. I've seen a couple other reviews with the same comments.

Pita pit is usually great anywhere you go, this pita pit was no exception! The pitas were fantastic as usual. I am a chicken crave(without mushrooms) kind of guy! The only gripe i really have about this place, with the exception that it has an instutional feel(like any corporate location) is the lack of training. Now the girl may very well ha e been training or what not, and thats why service is 4star and not 0star. She did not put my pita on any kind of paper while she filled it with toppings and slid it all over the prep station. And although it was more than likely relatively clean, its no exception. You dont drag someones sandwich across a prep station or any station. So aside from that type of more or less common type of thing you can run into anywhere, it was pretty good once i made her remake my pita! So enjoy! Peace, love & music.Vegetarian options: Of course they have greay vegitarian options for those with pussyfeet.Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary resteictions, like any establishment, speak up and let them know. Hopefully they are decently trained enough to not kill you.Parking: Great big, ground flood, outdoor parking lot in a huge mall and shopping area. So there is plenty of parking you wont ever have to worry.Kid-friendliness: Its as kid friendly as any corporate style institution type estaishment. Booster chairs and high seats available.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible by all persons disabled or other. All ground floor.

I ordered on the app before going and arrived at the time it said my order would be ready, when I got there the restaurant was closed and completely locked up nobody around. Checked the hours on the door and on google and they said they were open till 9 it was 8:50. They still charged my CC $40 for the order. After looking at the reviews there are multiple complaints of the same thing.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. My mom is 94 and I get her a chicken wrap to take to the retirement home for lunch and she really enjoys them and looks forward to them.

Terrible experience, it started when I walked in and I over heard the two blonde girl employees complaining about us walking in near closing time, even though it was 50 minutes before they were supposed to close. Also heard they had the open sign off on purpose so less people would come in. We also waited at the cash for 10 minutes before they decided to ask us what we wanted. Ridiculous, they need to stop talking about going to the bars and make the pitas faster.

Teth & Sebastian we’re amazing! I walked in during lunch and got a pita and the staff was great, store was clean, staff was very attentive and made my pita how I wanted. Sebastian stood out to me because of his competence and presence, would highly reccomend to anyone who enjoys quality food at a fast pace!

Online it says open until 9pm as does the sign in the restaurant window. I came at 8pm and the door was locked with people inside cleaning lol . This is the second time I’ve come and it was closed an hr early! Why not just change the hrs of operations then ??
