I ordered a regular size pita off of uber eats and when I got it, it wasn't even full. The amount I got was about the size of the small pita. Uber of course told me the order isnt refundable because they technically "made what you ordered" even though the size was wrong. I love Pita Pit and I have ordered many times. I know what the regular size is supposed to be. Please make sure your staff are trained properly.

Staff were friendly and polite. I wasn’t gonna buy anything but waiting and just stay at the store till the rain stop and they even offer me a seat and wait till I got to go. Kuddos to staff. You did a good job ??

First time ordering. My pita had literally 3 tiny pieces of buffalo chicken inside!? Is that actually a joke? It was alllll lettuce and mostly the hard parts. I can't even believe they would sell that and think we wouldn't complain. Never going back. Waste of money. If you want salad. That's what you'll get .

I had my boyfriend pick up lunch for me to bring to work. When I opened it and started to eat it the whole pita cracked open and toppings fell everywhere. When I called to tell them how horrible my experience was and that I couldn’t even eat my lunch and I had the whole pita and toppings wrapped up and I would like it replaced they told me they wouldn’t replace it because all the pitas are the same and from the same supplier so there’s nothing they can do for me. I order pita pit all the time and I have NEVER had this happen to me. Almost a 15.00 pita and couldn’t even eat it so disappointed.DO BETTER!!! I will never be returning. You’ve lost my business and I will pass along to anyone who goes there.
