I love this place and go there multiple times per week. Today Oct 2, 2025 @ 730 pm was a joke! All new faces behind the till. 1/2 the staff on their phone in the back. The guy prepping food doesn't know, what is what. Raw chicken on grill too close to cooked chicken. Been here 20 plus min no orders served. 5 guys waiting for their food. Last person in served first, first person served last. Earlier I walked in line up was so big, I returned 2 hrs later. It's never like this, better fix this issue. I will update post, when things improve.

Used to be my favourite spot for a long time until I went in today to notice they changed their garlic which was by far my favourite in the city. Was not a fan of the new garlic in the squeeze bottle. Didn’t taste very good. Still the best BEEF shawarma around though but please bring back the old garlic.

Amazing hummus, great shawarma both the pita wraps and the plates! Service good overall, each time I go in every order is correct and my food is exactly as I like. I wish they had more drinks (fridge is empty lately) they used to have a mango juice! Also I have been coming here for 15 years and I wish they would update / clean the sitting area as the place looks horrible - but the food is really great.

Plaza is a bit rough to get in and out of. But omg the food is so damn good and the price was great! We had the beef wrap and falafel wrap. Beef was well seasoned but maybe slightly over done. Falafel was nice and crispy on the outside but tender and soft inside. Its more authentic than other places.

Friendly service. BEST food of this style of menu in London. On the go or inside dine, this place is delicious ALL THE TIME!
This place is a real gem, that you might not even know about! Really love the food here. And huge portions! Your dollar stretches quite far here. The mixed shawarma plate (beef + chicken) is a delicious mountain of food, for ~$15. And you have to try the fries with hummus and garlic sauce on it. It's like a Lebanese-style poutine, almost. Delicious! Very good eating here. I will be back.

Got Shawarma here this evening after not trying this place for several years. I’ve got to say I was very pleased with the quality and service. The ingredients were fresh, very flavourful and delicious. Will definitely be coming here more often in the future.
