I love this place!! My husband and I come here like 2-3 times a week. Staff are amazing, friendly and nice. Shawarma is also always amazing and great price!10.00$ for beef/chicken or even mix, and the same price!! If you want extra toppings they will put them on free of charge!! They have the best shawarma plates, and shawarma fries. Can’t go wrong here 100%

I don't know what's going on here these days...Pita pita was my favourite shawarma restraurant and the food is still delicious, but it's not worth the wait anymore.Something must have changed, there is no hustle, I've waited 25 mins for a small hummus in a line of people, while the only front counter staff member made his own food and then left, leaving the rest of the staff in confusion.There are some staff members who are great and hustle but I rarely see them anymore. So I recommend if you walk in and see broccoli hair or a buzz cut walk out unless you have 30 mins to kill.

Where is the customer service in this place? Customers were just standing around crowded with no proper line ups. Maybe this place needs to adopt a number system and have the customers sit while they wait, not like anyone was dining anyway.
Arrived at 3pm, Long wait time despite no other customers.While waiting for the meat they put in fries too early making it soft, no longer crunchy when served.Food is ok, only amazing apart is their portion

Last time coming here. I have been coming her over the last 10 years. Food it okay but restaurant is dirty. Not sure what’s going on but owner doesn’t seem to care. makes me question what the kitchen is like.

Pita pita is a great place to go and have your favorite dish. The service is good the people are friendly and the food is excellent. One thing they could improve on is the cleanliness of the bathroom . The inside of the door around the handle is filthy and the garbage can the same thing. I realize they are a busy bunch in there but I think this needs attention. IMO

Last 3 times I’ve been there they say their debit machine is down and they can only accept cash or etransfer. Not sure what’s going on. No longer chancing it so we don’t go anymore.
