First time at any Pizza Hut since covid and it was fantastic. The food was top notch and our server, Alysha was was so funny and friendly. If you are in London ON, come here.

Food was fine. Service was unbelievably slow. Waited for a very long time at every step. Seemed like they only had 1 server to serve the whole place and deal with takeout orders. The server was very nice but just overwhelmed.

We've enjoyed plenty of pizzas from Pizza Hut before, but this was our kids' first time experiencing the Pizza Hut Buffet—and they absolutely loved it! There were handful of pizzas to choose from, a fresh and well-stocked salad bar, and delicious breadsticks that complemented the meal perfectly. The buffet setup made it easy for them to try different flavors and enjoy their favorites in a fun and casual dining atmosphere. A fantastic experience for families looking for variety and great taste!

When you hire 19 years old kid and they do not know to serve or speak with the customers is kindda disappointing… the entire sitting place was empty and I went there with my wife and I wasn’t even sitting just standing there looking at the menu …. A young lady came in and told me next time please wait to be seated 😂 pizza hut you can do better than that …. Peace

They need to close down this restaurant and turn it into take-out only. The bathrooms were disgusting and we were there right after it opened for the lunch buffet. The buffet was pathetic, it was like a 3-star cuba all inclusive.

Very run down, not clean and staff preparing food no hair nets and no beard nets especially !!
Washroom was disgusting. Used the family restroom as it was fairly clean. Pizza had little to no cheese. Do yourself a favour and just order a pizza to your table and do NOT do the buffet. Buffet was AWFUL.

Food was good however the service was terrible. Waiter was rude and took our order twice. Didnt even offer us drinks, had to ask. Then we were missing food and by the time they even came around again we were finished eating. Waited 20 mins for our bill even after going up to the kitchen and asking for it.
