Ordered takeout through the app, went in for pickup and the person boxing the food asked us to wait for a minute, after boxing he went his way! Stood there for like 5 minutes until served but by a friendly staff member. The pizza’s were good but the Nashville fries had too much seasoning (spicy) as such it would burn one’s mouth, they should go easy on those. This location might be the smallest hut I’ve ever been to but, plenty of parking and a TD atm nearby.

I have never ever hated any pizza! I usually love pizza hut. But this is the worst I’ve had. Please do yourself a favour by not ordering from here even though you’re left with no options.

One Star - Avoid this location!
I visited this Pizza Hut location around 12pm noon on June 26th, and it was a terrible experience. The staff member (a young male) was incredibly rude and seemed completely uninterested in providing any customer service. He wouldn't listen to my order properly and clearly didn't know how to deal with customers. I do not recommend anyone go to this location. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else!

Extremely disappointed with this location. I spent $66 dollars only to be let down. 2/3 pizzas were made incorrectly. Never have I ever ordered a pizza and received one with NO CHEESE. My bbq chicken pizza had 0 cheese on it. Not even a shred. I also ordered a margarita pizza with pepperoni added but instead they made a cheese pizza with plain tomatoes. There was no pepperoni (which I paid extra for) and 0 pesto. I ordered via the website so I’m not sure how my order was so inaccurate.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Pizza Hut location. I went in to redeem an offer that was clearly shown in a promotional picture stating it was valid for pickup orders from the store. There were no asterisks, no fine print, and nowhere did it mention that the order had to be placed online.
When I tried to place the order in-store, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from a lady who seemed to be either the manager or the owner. Instead of handling the confusion with courtesy, she was dismissive, argumentative, and insulting. As a paying customer, I expect at least a basic level of respect and clear communication.
The lack of transparency in advertising combined with the disrespectful attitude of the staff made this one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be returning to this location, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Ordered from this location to be delivered and came an hour later than expected, incorrect and cold. Plus my account was charged twice. Didn’t get a great response when I had it reordered so I showed up and was offered my ordered fresh, correct and with polite service. Gave them another shot tonight and the estimate was an hour and a half to be delivered? Called a minute later to have it cancelled and was met with disappointment and has told the order just went in the oven… but also confirmed it would still be an hour for delivery. They were going to deliver my order cold and was shocked when I just politely asked for it to be cancelled. Would refuse to offer me information on when I could reach a supervisor or manager. Will never return to this location and if I could rate this lower than 1 star I absolutely would. Ridiculous this location is even still in business

I came to pick my delivery and no one showed up to the counter at least 10 minutes and even did not ask me when he came at front that why i am waiting here there are two employees at the store really bad service .
Two pizza in store = $50 Same two pizza online and pick up in store= $26? No way to access the deal in store. Honestly if I wasn't getting it for someone else,it would have been a no.

Supervisor who was answering calls for orders was a little rude and didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing been ordering from this location for years and never once was told I couldn’t place two orders and pay for them all together and get delivered to different places
