Worst pizza hut location, first time in my life when I didn’t liked a pizza from pizza hut. It was so dry and not cheesy at all. I ordered a regular dough pizza but it was thinner than thin crust. Never ordering from here again, just waste of money.

I used to love Pizza Hut because of their excellent quality and generous toppings. However, my recent experience was disappointing. The pizza quality has significantly declined — toppings are now sparse, and the ingredients tasted off, almost like they were near expiry, with a slimy texture. The oil used also had an unpleasant, old taste. Given these issues, I am no longer confident in ordering from Pizza Hut as I already tried ordering from all locations in London Ontario and all of them were the same deteriorating trash quality being used.

So I have some good news and some bad news. First I'd like to say that their whole promotion they're running where you download their app to get a free pizza after spending. $15 is absolutely bogus absolutely fake. I know this cuz both me and my girlfriend tried to do it and it wouldn't happen. It wasn't working. They wanted you to pay full price. Also they don't control what happens on the app. Just what happens in store and they have no way to override it. This being said, that's basically false advertising. I've seen other people encounter this same or similar issue so they're advertising for free pizza, but they're not able to dispense it. So you're basically downloading their app for nothing. It's just to get app downloads. It's honestly disgusting. It's predatory. However, however I did have an also really bad experience at one of the locations which led me to call the manager and let them know of the basically the overall of what had happened. Plus the experience of you know going through the whole download of the app and just to be kind of ripped off in a sense. Not to mention some of the materials they post like the panormous and stuff aren't available at some locations. They will advertise that they have things available but they don't or the employees don't know anything about it. This is extremely difficult, however, aside from all of that, I vented these concerns to the manager. I believe his name is Alan and I also dealt with a guy named Ryan. They were nice enough to give me a $50 gift certificate on the house in order for me to have a better experience which I have. I was able to get three pizzas and some sauce and pop with all of this. And the service moving forward has been pretty good though. The location is small and not available for Eden or anything. Still some of the best pizza out there especially when you do their 50% off weekends because every weekend they have all pizzas for 50% off. I would love to give this place five stars. However, due to the issues and the ongoing and still not being able to get my free pizza for downloading the app, I have to give this four stars. That way there's room for growth and perhaps in the future this can change, but a heads up to everybody. Just know that they don't control anything that happens on the app. You can still order online. You might run into some issues, but if you do, I encourage you to contact the store manager, provide whatever proof is necessary and they should help to make your experience a whole lot better.

Not sure what the lady's name is but it is Tuesday evening at 9:50 She took 20 minutes to answer the phone. When I called non-stop letting it ring. Then she answered the phone told me she couldn't take my order that I had to go online in order. Then she was rude. I will be calling headquarters about this as she lied as well cause I ordered yesterday with the Indian fellow and he took my order and he was amazing. I will also be contacting Better Business Bureau because of this girl so hopefully this employee is good enough for you to keep her hired on but I don't feel that she deserves a job and especially representing your company And I'll see what else I can do And who else I can complain 22 make sure this complaint goes further.

TERRIBLE PIZZA we ordered the BBQ pizza and there was next to no cheese at all and barely any chicken don’t recommend this pizza hut!!

I had ordered 2 pizzas and was told 30-40 minutes. I waited over an hour and called to ask if the order had gone out yet and was told it was just going into the oven as we spoke. Cancelled the order and will not order from this location going forward.

Never answer the phone for delivery after 9 pm. I've been having this issue for about a year now, so I wait until til 5 mins before they close and go in and place extra big order's 🤔🤪💯 see you soon!!!
