What an experience, placed an order and was given a delivery time of 1.5hrs later. when the time was approaching it changed and added another 25mins. I’m still trying to understand how it takes 2 hrs to make and deliver a normal order???? When I called in I was advised staff was short and the manager advised he may send out a gift certificate. His words “ I can’t just cob the order “ I wasn’t expecting a free meal by any means I wanted to know when mine would be to my house. Overall manager was rude, and the service sucked. I can say the person who originally picked up the phone was very nice and directed me to the manager. I Will not be going back here. I would be giving a 0 but the First Lady I spoke was very pleasant so I will give a 1.

You gotta be dreaming that anyone is going to pay $20 for a medium pepperoni pizza, that's complete robbery. I'll take my business to a local hole in the wall pizza joint that'll charge a fraction of the price for a 3 topping.

Just lost lifetime customer. I get pineapple on the side cause I like them cold Suddenly they won’t sell them on the side. Doesn’t manager know pineapples grow on trees and you can eat them fresh????? Customer service means nothing at this store. Never going back.

This location is clearly putting less toppings on pizzas bought with a coupon and a discount. Ordered a large daily special supreme lovers, had a single pepperoni on every second slice. Half the pizza is just crust with sauce and some cheese. Disappointed as they usually were good before. Only speaking of take outs.

20 minutes late delivering our food, had to use a different crust than I ordered because they were out AND didn't include marinara with our breadsticks as part of our triple treat box. Paid like $59 before tip. No discount offered, not even the delivery fee. 0/10 customer service.
The staff here are so rude and get annoyed when you ask for extra items on your order. The girl that took our order was huffing and puffing about us wanting bbq sauce instead of regular on our pizza.
