Slow service, never answers the phone. Would not recommend.

Unfolded the crust on one of my slices of stuffed crust pizza and there were small hairs all over the dough and cheese, so gross. They also forgot to add two toppings to one of my pizzas.

Ordered a thin crust pizza and was presented with a crepe with tomato sauce and peproni on it. Called to complain and was berated by the staff over the phone. I replied back with some snarky comments but ultimately I get stuck with a crummy pizza. Terrible experience, terrible customer service. For a minimum wage job that requires customer service they have chosen the worst candidates. Time to go cry in the shower and drink 4 beers

Caucasian male with glasses and tattoos was incredibly rude while I tried to order. Prices are not listed on the menu and when you ask the workers, they are hostile and don’t know the prices themselves. Food is too greasy to the point that oil was dripping out of the pizza box. I would rate this place 0 stars if google reviews allowed me to.

I ordered their new mac and cheese pasta, it was delicious but the portion, seriously wtf? It was a layer - like 1/4 of the tin if that was full…. I’ve had their pastas before and they have always been. Good portion , this was honestly such a waste of money. Scared to order it again incase this wasn’t just a one off.- when I called to complain the staff was useless and did nothing because a manager wasn't in?
I'm not sure the girl's name who answers the phone but she's super rude she needs to take a chill pill and slow down you chose to work at Pizza Hut. Treat customers on the phone with respect and slow down when you're talking. I'm just trying to order a pizza and figure out what the deal of the day is and she's talking lightning speed. When I said I couldn't understand you you were talking to quickly she muttered something while I was talking anyways you choose to work at Pizza Hut I know it might not be the dream job for you but you don't treat people this way

I ordered pizza on Oct 20. On the pepperoni pizza, I ordered red onions as an add-on, and paid 2 extra dollars for that. The pizza arrived without the onions. Don't you guys read the order? I made an online complaint, but so far no answer from the restaurant. Either my 2 dollars back or a 2 dollars credit is the minimum that they should provide me.
Follow up: I've checked a refund on Oct 30. Thanks.

The pizza would have been awesome however when I ordered it they put the pizza in first and forgot about the wings so my pizza sat there for 20 minutes in the warmer making it tastes like a pizza box more than a pizza because they forgot to put the wings in and instead of making a fresh pizza they just said sorry stop was friendly but maybe a little overworked and not switched on
