Staff were friendly, but the pizza toppings and cheese went nowhere near the edge of the crust, more than half the pizza was just sauce. The cookie dessert was burnt/hard as a rock.
The store needs to salt the entrance way too… it was very dangerous trying to get in/out of the store.

Order board isn’t on. No way of knowing if pizza is ready. Just wait in the line while others place orders. “What do you want on your pizza???” If you don’t know what you want get out of the line.

Unfolded the crust on one of my slices of stuffed crust pizza and there were small hairs all over the dough and cheese, so gross. They also forgot to add two toppings to one of my pizzas.

Ordered a thin crust pizza and was presented with a crepe with tomato sauce and peproni on it. Called to complain and was berated by the staff over the phone. I replied back with some snarky comments but ultimately I get stuck with a crummy pizza. Terrible experience, terrible customer service. For a minimum wage job that requires customer service they have chosen the worst candidates. Time to go cry in the shower and drink 4 beers

Caucasian male with glasses and tattoos was incredibly rude while I tried to order. Prices are not listed on the menu and when you ask the workers, they are hostile and don’t know the prices themselves. Food is too greasy to the point that oil was dripping out of the pizza box. I would rate this place 0 stars if google reviews allowed me to.

I ordered their new mac and cheese pasta, it was delicious but the portion, seriously wtf? It was a layer - like 1/4 of the tin if that was full…. I’ve had their pastas before and they have always been. Good portion , this was honestly such a waste of money. Scared to order it again incase this wasn’t just a one off.- when I called to complain the staff was useless and did nothing because a manager wasn't in?
