I ordered a pizza with chicken strips on it and choked on a shim of a bone.. i called them up out of curtousy to let them know maybe to put a warning or something and they called me a liar, stating that it is boneless chicken it is impossible for it to have bones.. horrible customer service and no care for their customers.. id advise you to go anywhere but this place.. if they dont care what is in their meals who knows what else goes in it.. even asked for an email to show them and they stated they wouldnt do anything about it cause its impossible for anything to be in the chicken again stating im lying.

Enjoy whir wings really delicious! Their pizza can be hit and miss . Ordered pepperoni pizza loads of pepperoni! Also ordered the chicken pizza and well that wasn’t so great. On the one side I was lucky to get a piece of chicken. On the other sid maybe 2 pieces of chicken. And delivery always comes later then

the pizza is always questionably made, toppings under cheese, cheese coverage isnt even, not up to standard with the other pizza huts. pizza tastes barely acceptable.

Ordered at 550 arrived at 720, with the wrong order, said order 3 times over phone, "triple treat deal, with a pepperoni lover, hawian, breadsticks honey garlic wings, cookie and a extra meat lover pizza", we went through this 3 times with the worker, and it arrived at our home, as 105$ when it should've have been no more than 65$, because the worker punched in the wrong order.
Service is below satisfactory. Boy with the glasses was unhelpful, claiming they cannot do the wing special with half boneless half traditional wings when I’ve been getting them this way from this location for 2 years now. The rude tone was not appreciated. Save your time and go to Wings Up.

Horrible experience. I went here a few times in my first year of university and had no problems. But this time was awful. I used my SPC discount here last year and they said they dont accept it anymore. The very nice cashier asked her coworker who then snapped at me and said "I have worked here for 8 months and we dont accept it." I then waited 15mins for my medium pizza. 20mins passed and no pizza, so I asked the nice cashier and see said she unfortunately gave it to someone else. I asked if they can remake it and she said yes but it would be another 15mins. I asked if I can get a discount or a refund as well and she said she needed to ask her coworker and he snapped at me again. Said he no to the discount and no to the refund unless I didn't want the pizza. I then asked if I can get store credit and the pizza and he said yes and asked me to write down my address so the manager can send me a gift card. I waited another 15mins then the snappy worker asked me "everything good?" and I said I was still waiting for my pizza. and he said "no you said you wanted store credit instead of the pizza." why would I agree to that if I could've gotten cash refund. I argued with him but he was stubborn as hell, I was tired and asked if I can have the pizza which he said "yeah it has been sitting here." Didn't even tell me. Rude guy and doesn't give a crap about anything.

I FOUND METAL BAKED INTO MY PIZZA!I made a large order of 4 pizzas + 1 garlic bread + 4 garlic dips + 2l Pepsi for dinner with my family. While my wife was eating her first slice and she bit into something very hard that scrapped her mouth. To my horror it was a decent sized piece of metal. After that we all could not eat the pizza.I am beyond HORRIFIED by this experience. I’m severely disappointed and will NOT be ordering anything from this location ever again.
