This is the second time I have ordered delivery from this location and the delivery service has stolen the food. They hired a third party delivery service who has stolen the order once again. How many times does this have to happen before you hire a trustworthy delivery service?

The toppings and cheese were sparse on the pizza. There seemed to be cheese only in the centre of the pizza and stopped halfway up each slice. We got five pizzas and it was the same on each one.

I don’t normally post this kind of stuff but I’ve gone to this location many times and they always seem to find a way to make the pizza bad. It’s always undercooked and nowhere near the quality that Pizza Hut usually has. We ordered a panormous pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese and this is what it looked like. It was undercooked and flatter than a New York slice. Keep in mind that this is the 3rd time that this has happened…please someone do something to fix this or else we might as well be getting the deep dish from Little Caesars.

We placed a simple order. Upon pick up I asked are the dips in the box, yes sir they are. No dips. Also the wings had barley any sauce

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at Pizza Hut. I had a credit on my account, but when I went to use it, the staff member was completely rude and unhelpful. Instead of simply applying the credit, he made me wait while he sifted through a bunch of receipts, acting as if I was trying to pull a fast one.
Not only was the service slow, but the attitude was unacceptable. A little professionalism and customer service go a long way, and unfortunately, this location lacked both. I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

I always enjoy my orders from pizza hut. Tonight, my estimated arrival was an hour and a half from order. Seemed really long but oh well, I figured they were busy! After some time, I actually got a call from the restaurant apologizing for the long wait. Turns out they were quite busier than normal. I really appreciated the phone call. It seems like a small gesture put it spoke volumes about their customer service. Food arrived shorty thereafter. It was tasty and still hot. Thank you for making my evening!
Man, how the times have changed. The thinnest pizza I’ve ever had and the crust was dry. This is supposed to be a pan pizza. If this was the first pizza I ever ordered from Pizza Hut it would be the last pizza I ever ordered from Pizza Hut. Thanks, but I’ll go elsewhere from here on out.

I ordered a pizza from this location in Byron today and chicken strips and fries food was really good and the service was good. I usually order from Western Road as it is closer but I will definitely order from here again had a good experience .

Took my order,cancelled my pizza, promised to give a refund within five days and never did,nor would they answer the phone when I tried to get in touch. If their pizza is as awful as their customer service then I have no idea how they are still in business. Incompetent.

Actually so pissed. 60 dollar order for delivery. Pizza was right the 20 something chicken bites came plain. Ordered medium Buffalo. Call them to correct they say they are sending the wings properly this time. I put the other ones that no one will eat aside for them to have back so we didn't get an order free. Hour later three sauce cups are left at my door for us to add into the cold chicken wings that were delivered an hour before. Main reason I got pizza hut tonight spending ridiculous money for it to be ruined. I will NEVER order from here again.
