I love Lizza Hut, even if the price tend to be on the higher end and have been ordering for many many years. I order pizza almost every weekend. However, there has been a major change in the quality of Pizza and service this past year. I always pay for extra cheese and each and everytime I get barely any cheese. This has been going on for many months. Last week I ordered one and same thing happened. Barely any cheese and even barely any toppings. THE PIZZA is mostly crust and sauce. I called the store and the guy who answered would not listen to my complain eventhough I told him that he can take a look at the pizza and see for himself. Instead he became rude and would not accommodate my compliant. The service was absolutely horrible. I will try other store. I would not recomend purchasing a pizza from this store at all as this has happened in multiple occasions. Don't waste your money.

What a ripoff- where the heck are the rest of the toppings? From the picture advertised on the website for Veggie Lover, there are supposed to be toppings at least half of a pizza more than what I received. The quality control is non-existent. What a scam of $29+tax.

We tried Pizza Hut for the first time and were extremely disappointed. We ordered two pizzas and paid close to $50. For that price, we expected decent value and quality.
Unfortunately, the pizza was overly greasy beyond anything we’ve experienced before. There was so much oil soaked under the crust that it was literally dripping when I took a bite. The oil got all over my hands. We had picked it up and taken it home, so returning it wasn’t an option, but the quality was very disappointing.
I’ve never seen a pizza crust so saturated with oil. Overall, a poor experience and not worth the price.

My partner and I ordered 2 pizzas. In the first few bites, we found pieces of plastic in our food. I returned the pizzas and showed them the pieces of plastic. They offered to remake, which I refused. I will call the manager tomorrow for a full refund and will l never get Pizza Hut again. I also feel that I swallowed a piece of plastic… Watch out where you eat everyone.

Ordered online... Arrived to pick up when it told me too. Was told 1.5 hour wait. Not happening...then told to cancel it's 24 hours for a refund... horrible customer service

Worst pizza, worst service ever! I ordered handcrafted pizza to takeout, I picked up and arrived home noticed it was dry all cheese was overcooked and in general a bad pizza, I called the store and they said that's how it is, if you don't like it youhave to talked to the manager next day, I asked if they can make another one not so dry, they replied no, and I asked for a refund, and they said no talk to the manager, I asked the name of the person in the call and they hang up. There are better pizza places, definitely don't order there!

Picked up the pizza for dinner from this location. The pizza was burnt and dry. I asked the guy to remake the pizza, he said it goes through the set time and will be dry like this. I asked him if he can't make an unburnt pizza, then give me the refund, and I don't care talk to the manager.
Very rude and unprofessional behavior. No respect to the customer. This place needs to be shut down soon.
