Ordered a maple bacon pizza to be delivered. No maple bacon on it at all. They just chucked regular bacon crumbles on it I guess because it was close enough. Didn't even bother to call and tell me the most important ingredient was missing before sending my order.

Absolutely terrible experience. The cashier clearly didn’t know how to properly take an order. I customized my pizza, yet it came loaded with toppings I specifically did not ask for. When I pointed this out, the employee dismissively said, “That’s what comes on the supreme,” instead of actually listening to me and checking the custom order I placed. The level of ignorance and unprofessionalism was unbelievable.

Wow I don’t know who made my pizza tonight but whoever made it. I have to give you 50 out of 10 that was probably the best pizza I have ever tasted and I don’t know how long kudos to you.
Every time I order from this location, there are quality issues. This time, I received the wrong order, and the pizza was cold. I called the store and was told they’d call me back. When they did, they said the correct order would arrive in 20 minutes—but it never came. They also said I’d be getting a refund and that a manager would call me, but neither of those happened. The delivery driver who brought the wrong order was friendly, but unfortunately, the ongoing issues have made up my mind. I won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

Worst Pizza Hut location EVER. I’m not exaggerating - takes forever to order your food on the phone - constantly always repeating my order bc they just don’t understand. They messed up my order 5 times. I always order the same thing (wed wing special) fried twice with the sauce on the side, somehow they always mess it up.. saying sorry doesn’t always help, no coupons or anything offered when it’s a repeat mistake everytime. Staffs seems abit confused with customer service.
Anyways avoid this location :)
