Great pizza, one of the best. Better than PH in Woodstock. Maybe give them some pointers.

Ordered online from here about a month ago. Got the new handcrafted pizza and it was more like handcrafted cardboard. It was literally inedible. Complained on the survey, manager reached out to ask me for my address to send a gift certificate to me. Never heard back and never got the gift certificate. Horrible pizza and even worst service.

I used to order regularly. Today i ordered and it took almost 2 hours to get my food. when i called to ask where it was they told me sorry, no driver for anyone who wants to pay at the door, only pre-pay gets ubereats. rest have to wait for the 1 driver they employ.If I wanted to order ubereats and pay the premium I would not buy pizzahut.oh and the food was so cold and soggy when it got here 2 hours after ordering. I may as well throw it out.can you post 0 stars????

Huge disappointment with my food, personal size pizza and it was all crust got maybe 2/3 bites out of 4 slices that had toppings on it. And the honey garlic chicken chunks had barely any sauce. It's like they just dropped it over the top. I will never order from here again.

We ordered the new “handcrafted” dough and it did not match the description or the picture at all. It was the opposite.It was a flat, thin crust with zero “air or fluff” as the dough was described and pictured on the website.If you like thin crust, you’ll like it. For us who love doughy dough, it will be very disappointing.When we called, the person answered told us we got exactly what we ordered and that it is not thin crust. Zero resolution, zero apologies.

This store doesn't care about quality. Look at how my pizza arrived. I'd like to add, my second pizza was in slightly better condition but it was clear this happened at the store and not during delivery. Obviously the store workers are a bunch of kids who don't care about their job. Never ordering from here again.

ordered a mini pizza and some chicken bites and unfortunately i got 7 pieces of chicken (i ordered 8) and my pizza was missing one topping (out of the two toppings i got on it). food was still good, but super disappointing especially considering how simple my order was.

Ordered a thin crust pizza a girl named aparam made it. Its completely uncooked and not thin crust when I called them to complain about it, she said you can bring it if I Think its not cooked i l change it otherwise not. Its a completely raw pizza.

Was happy ordering pizza for delivery, but this time, very disappointed. Delivery came on time, but driver delivered the wrong meal. Said be back in 5. 10 minutes past and showed up with cold meal!! Called back and complained. They offer to replace meal. Now 2 hrs later after first order and still no pizza. You think they would make it priority one to have delivered since they are the one messed up. Next time, think I'll stick with Little Caesar as had better luck. May be more food, but their service is much better!!
