The only pizza i will ever eat is from these guys because they actually have good whole wheat dough. Every time i order pizza from anywhere it leaves me so thirsty after eating all purpose flour made pizza and i hate that feeling. After trying so many different places, pizza nova is the best one i found so far because of their actual whole wheat dough in pizza and panzerotti.
Delivery last night fir two med pizza one small two orders of wings. Got a large pizza with none of the items we ordered, and a large box with 2 slices of pepperoni and two slices of cheese pizza that looks like it was thrown in the box. My son called and told them we got the wrong order. They said it would be an hour, and yet twenty minutes later the correct order came… stone cold. Told we were getting some kind of discount that did not come back on my card. You used to have good hot food wtf????? Never ….ever… AGAIN. I work as a server, our customer would have been refunded fully with an apology.

Slice was old , curling up at the bottom ,green peppers we're semi rotten. 8.00 for a slice and pop way to much !! Lots of better options. Do better !!

We deal with the Wellington Road location. ALWAYS incredible pizza with extremely fresh toppings and they are not skimpy with the helpings! The staff here is A+ top notch. Very friendly. And do yourself a favour and try the spicy green olives!

I was there 15 minutes waiting for my pizza that I order in store … there as an another woman who comes in ordered her pizza online…. They give my pizza and told me to wait another 15 minutes that’s bushit and unfair … I took my money back that nonsense…

Ordered a Bruschetta Pizza with a pesto dip sauce. Instead I received a pizza with pesto as sauce. I called the store and their only solution was wait another 50 minutes for the delivery driver to pick up the wrong one and after they got the pizza wait for another hour to get what I paid for
Stopped in to grab a late night panzarotti and while the sauce was a bit different than I'm used to, it was still very yummy! The staff were very friendly and nice!

So I just went to grab a slice. $4.50 per slice as advertised on the window. With a picture of all the slices.I order the Canadian, and I get charged 5.25. 5.90 with tax. So I asked what happened to the $4.50.He answered that it's just the subtotal. and only pepperoni is $4.50.I just have time to argue with stupid todayThey will rip you off.
