So I just went to grab a slice. $4.50 per slice as advertised on the window. With a picture of all the slices.I order the Canadian, and I get charged 5.25. 5.90 with tax. So I asked what happened to the $4.50.He answered that it's just the subtotal. and only pepperoni is $4.50.I just have time to argue with stupid todayThey will rip you off.

Ordered pizza for our work on black firday.. they burned the bottom of the pizza, so by the time it arrived, the crust was rock hard. Ingredients tasted stale. The whole thing was like cardboard. This is the 2nd terrible experience with pizza nova, the first time I've ordered from them was from the highbury location. Both times was awful pizza. Be better nova, that was a nasty pizza.

Used to be decent, last year maybe a 3.5/4. Threw me off when I ordered the last couple times recently and it was complete garbage. This place is now nothing more than an overpriced Little Caesar’s. Tasteless and no toppings for the price. Save yourself the time and order from Fast Eddie’s or KFC, they have better Italian/Pizza than this place.

Ordered some pizzas last week, it was OK but nothing that I could really recommend. Couldn't use the app to order and take advantage of deals, so ordered in store and waited. Rep said there weren't any in store deals, only to find out there were some offers available (after I got home). Pizzas taken home, looked very skimp in the amount of toppings. My dad wanted an anchovy pizza so one medium was that. His first comment was "it looks like they thinly sliced one tiny little fish, used half of it on the pizza, and saved the other half for someone else".

Changing my review on this place. Use to love ordering from here, but I'm not sure what has happened in the last couple of months. The people are friendly, but the food has been terrible. I ask for well done every time, and each time I have ordered in the past couple of months, I have had to take the pizza home and reheat it because it's barely cooked. The toppings have been sloppily put on the pizza, and it's not cut properly. The panzarottis have barely been cooked. I'm not sure what is happening here, but it's very disappointing.Another note; if you run out of bacon, go to the grocery store and pick up a few things of bacon. Having it listed on your menu, as a double charge, might I add, and then finding out when you get to the store to pick it up your pizza for them to say they don't have any isn't very pleasing. If your inventory is getting low, may I suggest looking at what you have an ordering more before you run out.
