The pizza was so delicious, I came from Toronto to visit a friend, this location in downtown is very good. Friendly staff, hot & fresh food. Loved my keto pizza. Thank you Shreya for making such a delicious pizza. Will be visiting again whenever I come to London ON.

I commend the two staff that were on duty early this evening. They were very quick to resolve the issue, were apologetic, and most importantly they both exhibited accountability!
When my bf picked up my online order, the cashier charged his debit although ive already paid in advance. We went back, explained what happened, and they reversed the charge on my bfs debit card.

Worst pizza store I have ever been to. Cashier doesn’t know how to behave with customers, one of my friend asked for the dip sauce (the cashier throwed the dipping sauce instead he should have given him on hand). Careless customer service, food was also not good (doesn’t match any quality of other pizza pizza stores), and the store environment was also rubbish not cleaned at all (floors and tables all were dirty, when asked the staff to clean a bit, he completely ignored us). Won’t suggest anyone to go this place, ever. 😡😡

Been here at around 5.30 pm with 15 people in line waiting to be served and only one employee in the store. His name was Jalpesh. He tried his best to catch up but i guess it was almost impossible for 1 person to handle this. If owner is reading this, give this kid a raise or keep other staff to assist stop being cheapskate. Paisa bachava mate employees ni na mari lo salav.

The food was really good! I don't know why I didnt visit before, the service was kinda poor, although the restaurant was empty the lady was in a bad mood and didnt really want to explain the promotions they had and not good actitud, but the rest, food was delicious and really good prices!
