Me and 2 friends came and ordered a large pizza and spilt it 3 ways and he charged them 3$ and for some reason I got charged 9$ and no choice to pay less

The services was good. The counter staff were very polite and accommodating.
However, the price of the pizzas were quite expensive and were not good. Pizzas half the price at other shops, taste better.

Absolutely amazing experience at Pizza Pizza! The staff here truly go above and beyond they are absolute gems! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and super attentive. The service was fast, the food was fresh and delicious, and the team made sure everything was perfect. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. It’s rare to see this level of care and energy — they turned a simple pizza run into a five-star experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

While the delivery driver was excellent. We ordered some pizza for lunch, unfortunately the gluten free pizza was terribly undercooked and the cheese was not even melted. This was a food safety issue as the bacon was raw. I called in to the customer service line and spoke with Caha, they would not rectify the situation and offer a credit for the item.

First and foremost, if I could give this Pizza Pizza store a big zero for service and food quality, it would be well-deserved! They messed up my pizza order when I asked for a BBQ dip. Instead, they gave me BBQ drizzle. I told them I didn’t want drizzle, but they handed me a BBQ dip and expected me to be okay with their mistake. It was very inconsiderate to expect me to pay for a pizza that wasn’t what I ordered.
A month ago, they gave me a clearly burnt pizza with very black cheese(I have attached a photo). Do yourself a favor and go to the next nearest Pizza Pizza and hope for the best.

I bought their $17.99 extra large pizza deal. I've been around to many of their big-name competitors who's extra large pizza comes in at between 27 and $30 out the door. So for $20 out the door I had a way better pizza than any of the others. Excellent
