Did not accept my kids coupons for their birthdays as their scanner was not working (but it was). Cashier said that she did not know what to do and just at there looking at me. I said these are my coupons and that I wanted the cheese pizza slices and cashier said I don't know what to do about it. Customer service was lacking and no problem solving AT ALL.

I replaced an order online, and the order never arrived. I called them, and they said we didn't make your order because we need to confirm first this is ballshit:( Never again. They say if u didn't get your order in 50 minutes, it's free. Well, I didn't get my order at all, and I will never order at pizza pizza again in my lifetime I swear:((:((

Poutine was pretty bad, never again. Covered in Mozeralla even though the menu and adds say 100% canadain cheese curds. Im pissed i paid that muchoney for such a samml fry with Mozeralla and a bit of gravy, stay away.
