Stopped in for a slice of pizza from the front display rack. Picked a meat pizza and the team heated it up fairly quickly. Wasn't overly busy at 7:30pm. The tables could use a good top cleaning more often. Team was amicable but not overly talkative. Ordered a slice, the boy took my cash wearing blue gloves so dirty the fingertips were black. Wearing the same gloves he went to back of house and started putting pepperonis on another pizza (without changing the gloves). I told another person that was working and they started laughing about it.Edit: as for your scripted auto-response, I will absolutely not be back. What happened was disgusting.

Unfortunately I don’t have an option to choose less than one star.I would never recommend this pizza store and never come back again. My today is experience at this place is awful. On my pizza you can hardly find the toppings.I think they are taking much time just to count the toppings they are going to put on my pizza and burn it .Totally wastage of time and money .

Service was top notch! Fast, professional yet friendly. I ordered the pizza special with 3 toppings: ground beef, feta and banana peppers. I was at the Toronto Maple Leafs game yesterday and got the promo of a free slice because they scored first. Today (with the promo still valid) I went here and presented it to the person working today. He first looked confused, but then after understanding tells me "We do not have a cheese or pepperoni slice right now." as he points to an empty shelve where pizza slices are. I asked him "Are you gonna make any more?" which he straight up replies "no". It is 8:00pm and they close at 3:00am. Why would you not make more slices? Completely baffled I leaved and he tells me "sorry"? You are not sorry. Your job is to make pizza and you refused to do so.My business will never go to Pizza Pizza again, nothing but unfortunate times where there has been terrible service.EDIT: Have to love the generic response too about my experience. Knowing nothing will be addressed.
Ordered Crave Combo online and when I went to the store at Sherwood Mall, they didn't get my order at all. Had my name but that was all. Lousy app!!! Would go back to Little Caesars.

Terrible customer service and attitude.Store shouldn’t advertise using the ‘TooGoodToGo’ app if you don’t honour what the customers pay for. Show up to pick up my order that’s been PAID and they tell me to ‘ask for a refund from the app because I’m out of luck’You promote the app and have 4 surprise boxes a day on it but the employees give all the stuff to the first person that comes.Ridiculous waste of time.
