My pepperoni pizza did not have pepperoni. My well done Pizza was undercooked. It arrived very cold. The hot steamy cheesy garlic bread was undercooked and cold aswel. Overall the meal was amazing if you like pizza that taste like it's out of the fridge and not the oven. Minus 5 stars on this place

We order one large pizza with four topping. The pizza was not fresh at all. It does not even taste good. Upon opening the box topping smelled so weird and when we tried to talk to customer service they were neither ready to give refund or provide next time credit. Had a such a bad experience when i was starving.

One employee accused me of not paying for one order that has been placed under the same name. When I saw the bill I told him that this is not my phone number and there are other people with the same name in this world. He wasn’t very pleased with that. That guy need to learn some manners.

I ordered pizza for pick up and I customized with extra creamy garlic base sauce and paid extra for it. But they didn’t put any sauce on it. Pizza seemed so dry and thin. Tasted so bad. Until about Jan 2024 my experience of pizza pizza at these particular store was great and then after they started using toppings which are so bad quality specially Onions and Tomatoes it feels like what they are suppose to throw in dustbin they are putting on pizza I am attaching photo of pizza I bought on June 8th 2024 around 9PM just look at it guys is it what you guys are serving to customer
