I had the most worst experience ever at this pizza pizza. First I ordered a large pizza half veggie and half cheese and went to pick it up and then went home. Then I opened the box the pizza had barely any cheese on it and it was very floppy and it was very thin. Then I called and I said I didn’t like your pizza and told them the reasons and he said you can come pick up you're pizza then I went to go pick it up then there was the old guy that worked there that said why did you complain and then I told him the reasons. Then the man that was working there said don’t complain for stupid reasons. Then the guy said that all his pizzas are like this and then I left. This was my worst experience ever I would recommend going to a different location.

I ordered for Large veg pizza with 3 toppings . It was worst experience for me to have it . I threw it after taste one slice . There was no taste and less toppings on pizza . The base was less filled with toppings and the base was thin from middle and a lot of thick from border area . Zero rating from my side . 😕

I ordered 2 large pizza with 4 topping deal. I paid extra for 2 extra toppings. I paid extra to change the base sauce. I mentioned to put extra sauce. They even did not put enough sauce. The pizza was taste less because of the less sauce. They did not put even enough toppings. I ordered large pizza and only center part was covered with sauce nd toppings. I had to throw 2 inch pizza from because it was just bread. If i had option for 0 stars then i would have given 0 star for this bad experience. I will not recommened this pizza location to anyone. If I have option for 0’ star than I would like to give 0 star. We having party and ordered some pizza with beautiful hope. We got a pizza which doesn’t have enough toppings and base sauce. It’s totally waste of money. Even customer service guy gave us a store credit which we have to use at the store for getting a same kind of the pizza. I hope in future you guys take care about your customers instead of spoiling their dinner.

Owner was very rude. My mom ordered a new sliced 3 topping pepperoni pizza, which she asked for mushroom and pepper to be ADDED on just half the pizza. We waited 10 minutes for the pizza then got it and it had normal pepperoni on half the pizza and only mushroom and pepper on the other half. This was no big deal and my came politely to tell him there must’ve been a mistake. The guy then proceeded to say “you must have thought that’s what you said” and took zero accountability for the wrongly made pizza and did not offer to make the pizza the right way. My mom ended up leaving without any pizza while being charged for it. Safe to say we will not be coming back due to awful services.

Terrible customer service, unsanitary conditions and terrible facilities. Would not recommend eating there unless your immune system can take a beating without making you sick. If u do eat there be sure to get a receipt, no help without a receipt even with debit transaction proof... Substandard food

I have been at this location many times, although the service is good but I find the soap dispenser in men’s washroom never works here. The basic necessity for personal hygiene is not taken care of.

Visited the branch today around 2:30pm, the guy at the front was top of the world, not considering others human. He behaved in a pathetic manner while taking order, “you dont need to tell me it should be fresh I know my job”, whereas I was really polite in my conduct. Never visiting again.
