Great pizza, horrible service. I called to place a pick up order, and ask for a simple recommendation since the menu on their website is old and didn’t have the up to date pizza’s, but was told “I really don’t have time to be recommending you stuff”. Then when I went in to get the pizzas I was told I should have looked at the Uber eats menu if I wanted the updated menu, but how is anyone supposed to know that. When I’ve dined in at the restaurant it has been ok, but I would have hoped to be treat with the same respect as someone that was dining in. If you don’t have time to treat your customers with respect over the phone then don’t take orders over the phone.

Roomy restaurant seating area, we got there around 5:15pm, and sat quickly. Service was quick, and friendly. Had my cold IPA before I knew it, and the stone fired pizza soon followed. My pizza, was the mushroom one, it was delicious. You get 6 good sized pieces per pizza. I was stuffed! I will definitely be back. ?? Side note: Anchovies are available

Came here for dinner and ordered 2 pizzas (a pepperoni pizza and their house special for the night), as well as their soft serve gelato for deserve. I loved the crust on their pizza, it was thin and chewy and cooked perfectly! The toppings were also very high quality. I would definitely recommend Pizza Madre to anyone that's craving some good pizza in London. Our server was extremely friendly as well and made our dinner even more enjoyable.

First time visiting here. Service and staff were top-notch. Very friendly, casual, made some solid recommendations. Had the Cheese Louise pizza and it was very good. Nice light thin crust with an amazing crisp and airiness. Flavour of the dough was amazing. Highly recommend for a great vibe and a tasty meal. Thanks.

Tasty pizzeria restaurant with small and specific menu, which is great. If you live in London this might be your best and closest choice to an Italian pizza. Drinks are great as well however very overpriced. The old fashioned drink that i ordered was full of ice. After removing the ridiculous amount of ice, the drink came down to half of the glass. (Scam and ask for ice on the side instead). Servers were quick and very friendly. 1 full pizza is enough for 1 person crust is thin so not filling but tasty. Both indoor and outdoor seatings are great.

Visiting our son as he is away attending Western university. Happened onto this place with great reviews. We asked to be seated on their patio, 5 of us and Saturday September 14. It was the perfect day out. Service and food was great! Wouldn't hesitate to return. The appetizers were all delicious and the pizzas very tasty. It gets really busy after 5³⁰ pm.
My husband and I wanted a pizza date night and we were a bit tired of the same old stuff around home. Stumbled upon Madre by sheer luck on social media and it was absolutely worth the hour long drive from Kitchener.
Right from the warm olives (that stole our heart), the delicious Chickpea Brava (unbelievable flavors and textures this one) to the incredible sourdough Neapolitan style pizzas - everything was a class apart (and they happily took off the meat to make the Calabrian pizza vegetarian).
So excited to recommend this to our friends and come back again ourselves.
PS: The staff are a delight and we were served by the wonderful Annie - thank you for all the reccos and helpful info!
Vegetarian options: There's plenty of vegetarian options on the menu and you can also request to have the meat removed from certain non-vegetarian options.

Tonight was our second visit to Pizza Madre. The Mushroom pizza we ordered on our first visit was incredible! The crust was perfectly done! The sauce was plentiful and delicious! The Margherita pizza we ordered tonight was a disappointment. The crust was burnt, and while the sauce had a strong tomato flavor, it lacked some depth that would make the sauce the real thing. When the waitress asked how everything was, we mentioned the issue with the crust and said the pizza was just okay. A good atmosphere complements the experience. In our case, though it couldn't quite make up for the pizza falling short of the high standards set during our first visit.
