We’ve been meaning to try this place for a while. Wish we had come sooner. Everything was excellent, from the wine suggestion by our server to the appetizers and pizza. Definitely added to our list of favourite London restaurants.
-food is phenomenal -service is top notch -quality ingredients -food was quick on a very busy Friday -you will want to eat the entire pizza solo

A wonderful atmosphere to sit and relax and enjoy some delicious food!! A great place for sit down pizza! Totally worth it for the value and cost!! Enjoyed it!! I wouldn’t say it’s the best pizza in town but good quality !!

TLDR: One of the few places in London where I would give a perfect score. Great all around and would feel comfortable saying they serve the best pizza in London.
Although it is fairly new, the place itself is simple yet vibrant. Some places will try to hide their imperfections and play moree off of the experience as an excuse to charge obscene prices.
However, this place not only shows practicality but a real passion for food. The waiters/waitresses are knowledgeable and makes it easier to decide what to get. The options available don't send you into decision paralysis. The way they plate their food is a refreshing change.
Affordable. High quality. And I really do hope that this place stays around for quite a bit. Unlike some places where it looks fancy, this place serves real food and not slop.
Give this place a shot. You won't regret it.

I used to be a visitor every week to Pizzeria Madre and I would not any more due to the hospitality. Not a kid friendly staff and the approach towards a problem is zero.

So delicious! The sourdough bread, the drinks, all excellent! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a new local pizza place. They have pasta too which my friend had, and she said it was great! I had the cheese louise pizza and an espresso martini.

Ordered food which was decent, with a drink on the side. Had no idea that there were no free refills until after I was done the drink. I asked if I could get a refill at the bar and only then was I told no refills - I said I wasn’t told that but no problem. Then the bartender offers to give me a second drink “free of charge this time but next time she has to charge”. I said okay no problem I appreciate it. Then comes the bill, with two drinks charges and then told my waitress the second one was supposed to be removed because that’s what the bartender said, and she replies with “no that’s not what she said” to which I said “no no may you misunderstood but she did say this one’s free next one is extra” to which the waitress doubled down and said no that’s not what she said; practically calling me a liar over $3. Won’t be visiting here again and will make sure to tell people about this experience. Once and done

My husband and I dine here at least twice a month, and it has truly become our favourite restaurant. The food is absolutely incredible, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is always top-notch. A special shoutout to Ryan, our preferred server — he is so informative, friendly, and awesome, and always makes our experience even better. Every visit feels like a special experience, and we cannot thank you enough for consistently providing such an amazing dining experience. Highly recommend!
