Parking: Parking lot is enough to scare you away, dirty garbage everywhere, and an encampment at both back corners, no way am I leaving my car there

As a trans guy usually going to sports bars comes with a whole lot of anxiety. Players has character and charm and is exactly what it is. Doesn't pretend to be anything it isn't. The staff is respectful and takes care of people. There is no other place I'd rather sing karaoke in town. Or go for a night of pool. Thanks

Came in to play pool, upon the first arrival the table was empty. One of the group members went to get change at which time a person at the bar went up and said they were using the table. Came back about 15 minutes later at which time the table was once again empty so we started setting up again. The bartender (a very rude older lady) said the table was still being used but refused to elaborate. As we went to put the change in this lady yelled at us saying it was still being used but the players were out on a smoke break. Not once where we asked if we would like drinks or food. Bathrooms are disgusting and service is abysmal.

Server don't know her name. Was good in the beginning. Our group was discussing tipping. And I had mentioned that I do not tip on debit or credit, and had explained that you don't know if they get it or if the owner takes a percentage. But our server did not hear the last part. I had asked for one more drink and the bill, she immediately whipped around and pointed at me and said, YOUR CUT OFF YOU DON'T TIP. So I paid my bill which was under 30 dollars, with debit. But what she didn't know is that I had a 20 cash tip for her. Which of course she didn't get. After this experience I will never come back. And to boot I know most of your regulars, after to speaking to them about this, they have all said ya the owner doesn't care how the staff talk to their customers
