The food is exceptional and severs are quite nice. However, I don’t know if it was the day I went or whatever happened, it took an hour to prepare these dishes. We were very hungry waiting 😂 and there wasn’t too many customers.
The ambience is romantic 🥰 I liked it. Not too big of a place but it can hold several group of people. Parking is not available. We had to park on the side and walk there.

This place was my absolute favourite, but the quality has fallen off it seems. The last time I ordered the crispy spicy salmon roll, there was just way too much tempura bits in it.
So this time I decided just a regular spicy salmon roll would do and I was given a roll with all the salmon pieces being half skin or just skin (see photo) . Super disappointing and a very unpleasant texture.
I’m willing to give them one last try, to see if maybe it was just a one off on this type of roll. However I won’t be ordering again if I find that’s just how the quality is now.

Food was great, atmosphere was ok. The curtain upfront was confusing. The service was ok, they forgot the soy sauce and to give us chopsticks. Also they asked us to leave at one point as they got busy. Over not the greatest experience.

We come for lunch once a week and have loved the service until about 3 weeks ago. Service is now so very slow. We are used to being able to come in and out within 40 mins. Now we're here for over an hour. We usually know what we want to order but our orders don't get taken for at least 10-15 mins after arrival.

Visited Plaza Sushi this past Monday and thoroughly enjoyed the food, atmosphere and pleasant service. We ordered the gyoza tempura for an app and the salmon avocado, bbq chicken, dynamite and others as mains. The presentation was appealing and the sushi was oh so delicious. Like, proper fresh. I've already recommended Plaza Sushi to a couple friends and I know I'll be heading back soon enough!
