Overall pretty flat as an experience. Might be the time of day we visited around 3.30 in the afternoon. There was one staff managing the food, service, payment etc. The place looked unkempt. And the worst part, found a bug in my food!! Promptly replaced when shown to the guy.... but left a bad taste on my palate!!

Ordered a buddha platter. Was only given tofu and rice. This has since been corrected but service lacked communication when ordering as well. Restaurant itself is beautiful.

Used to order from here more when it first opened and quality has severely went down since. Last few times the items seemed days old and had gotten upset stomach the last and final time I ordered from here. Isn't worth trying when there's much better poke bowl places in town.

I order from here every week, sometimes twice in one day! The staff are super friendly and the poke bowls and the pocket sushi are to die for ! I love them! Big shout out to Maggie, Sanki, Vinith, Amona and JK ! You guys rock ! Keep up the great service!

Echoing earlier comments, the fish was "off", the veggies were old, the shredded crab was dry, and the sushi rice wasn't used. We ended up ordering more food from elsewhere. I should have known that a BOGO deal on poke bowls was a red flag!

We did a group delivery order from this place for the first time and overall everybody was pretty disappointed. This is especially given the cost which is very high for what you get. My order of a custom poke bowl had about half the requested ingredients missing. Also, the rice was more of a basmati type rice vs sushi rice. Quality of the ingredients was otherwise fine, but there are much better places to get a poke bowl in the city and I wouldn't really recommend this place.

I tried the Pocket sushi first time and yes I love their sauces. OMG!! So amazing and I didn’t felt eating raw Salmon ? ?so fresh and yes I will definitely order again.I want to try everything from their menu. so Yes Will be going back.

The fish is not fresh, do not purchase anything here - there are for sure store bought items in there i.e. canned pineapple and slaw & not even fresh! The egg was not marinated & wasn’t cooked.They also used basmati rice. $20 + HST for a poke bowl in London that isn’t edible is a reach.

So disappointed! Made an order from Ubereats today. I ordered one sushi party tray and some side dishes. When it’s delivered, the whole sushi tray was missing. My whole family was starving and had to share only the side dishes. Why this kind of restaurant is still existing? Why you didn’t tell us that you won’t be able to make the sushi tray when you accepted the order? Nonsense.

The poke bowls we got were really good! I think even if we sit in we'll order take out bowls as the portions are too big for us to finish.Parking: They give you 3$ off your meal to offset your parking fee.
