Excellemt customer service especially from naveen and i would highly recommend this place.

I got the chicken tenders and two of the 3 were tough and sinewy. I couldn’t eat them! My dog, with her sharp point teeth had to eat them.

I had recently a meal from the subject restaurant, where we found a metallic wire in the Mac & Cheese , when we were preparing to eat at home. My son was about to have it in his plate which could be with catastrophic consequences if ended in his mouth!

I contacted Popeyes team who put me into empty loops and they didn’t address the issue: The complaints team response via emails that the restaurant informed them that they spoke to me and solved the issue, while this is a FALSE CLAIM, AS NO ONE SPOKE TO ME, which shows a serious integrity issues with the related management in addition to the unsafe incident, which I believe a great threat to the public health!

Popeyes offers flavorful, Cajun-spiced fried chicken, a popular chicken sandwich, and standout Cajun fries, though food quality can sometimes be inconsistent. Service is often cited as a potential area for improvement, with reports of inconsistent speed, accuracy, and friendliness. I'm the regular customer in there because of the food is very finger licking.The atmosphere is typical fast food – functional for a quick bite or takeout, but not a destination for ambiance.

Do not eat any Popeyes, it’s not clear!!!! 3 pieces of chicken almost killed me, I had fever and diarrhea after eating them.

This $5 combo at Popeyes is a steal—2 pieces of chicken, mac & cheese, chocolate milk, and strawberry pie! Everything was fresh and delicious. Big thanks to Naveen for the awesome service and for making sure I didn’t miss out on the deal. Really made my day!

Yesterday I went this store and ordered 12 pc bone in wings with honey garlic sauce.after 30 seconds they give my order but when I saw it’s boneless wings and one more thing it’s not a boneless wings it’s a nuggets with honey garlic sauce. I am also working in Popayes so we can’t do this things ..
