Mr. Panda BBQ's food is really good!! We finally get to try their food and they didn't disappoint. We live relatively far from this restaurant but the drive was worth it. They're open late, which was great. Their stewed beef soup/hot pot was on point. It was spicy (in a truly good way) but we just can't get enough of it--you just can't stop eating it, and you'll be craving for more!! The Spicy Eggplant was also tasty. Hefty serving, saucy, and delicious. The pork intestine skewers were also bomb!! We also had their Seafood Fried Rice and it was good too. We will definitely be back to try more of their food items. One more thing I want to mention, their service was excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, knew how to effectively communicate, and they were very personable and helpful. I'm glad we discovered this gem. You have to come try this restaurant. Highly recommended!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The best Chinese BBQ with brilliant service in the town! Stewed Pot is a must try, a pregnant friend often wants to drink the pot soup, high quality! Highly recommend the pork skin jelly, just wait a second for sauce flavoring the jelly. Will come back!

Very flavorful and great service. Open late is a big plus! (12am). We had lamb skewers, pork belly skewers and pork rib stew. My favorite was the lamb skewers. Will go back soon!

Saw some excellent review and I decided to try this out. 10/10 customer service. They are attentive and very friendly. The Rib Hot Pot in the below picture was recommended as the most popular (probably enough for 3), it was flavourful and I personally love the naan bread dipping in - such a perfect combination!!! If you would like something spicy/savoury don’t hesitate to give it a try! Will definitely recommend this place to my friends!

I went to Pot Pot restaurant last Monday. It was a fresh and delicious hot pot in here. The staffs are nice, especially the girl's name is Alexa. She served me very attentively and enthusiastically

Both my friend and I had diarrhea at night after having dinner here. The food was frozen except for veggie, a little poor serving. Imo it didnt deserve $100 for 2 people. Never come back.

I rarely give 1 star ratings but they truly ruined my 19th birthday with the service I got for lunch. Despite only having 2 other customers in the resteraunt, the staff refused to give me a spoon and bowl, 2 extremely basic and standard utensils to drink my soup. The excuse they chose to use was that it was a \"company policy\" to not give out bowls to customers unless they were giving it to hold raw food for serving. We had to go through the embarrassment of raising our voices just to settle that. Afterwards, after receiving half of the items we ordered the waitress told us to circle the items we didn't receive yet since she admitted the chef probably didn't see them. After circling the 5 items she came back 20 minutes later and asked if we received all our items. Like - we literally did not receive anything. Because of this, it really was not an all you can eat hot pot, and we got like 5 bucks of food for the over $100 we spent. Obviously not happy that we had called the waitress over time and time again for basic things that nobody wants to have to ask for (spoons, bowls, missing order items multiple times, no napkins), the staff ignored us as we left as if we didn't just spend $100 of our hard earned money.

Hotpot is one of our favorite outings as a couple, we were extremely disappointed with this venue. The food was mediocre, but was was even more disappointing was the service provided to us. We were ignored at our table as we watched other tables being fully served, they didn't top up our water until we asked after other tables were getting topped up (then she poured cold water when we finally got some) it took over an hour to serve any meat that we ordered. Our waitress gave us the cold shoulder as if we didn't belong there. We noticed her talking and pointing and laughing at our table to her other co workers just a rude uninviting vibe all over, given we were the only Caucasian table gave me the feeling we weren't being treated equally. We aren't the kind of people to make super bad reviews but this service and place was unbelievable. Hot pot disaster, I could have made a better one at HOME. If I could give zero stars there would be no question. If you want good food and equality service head around the corner to LaoJiuMen hotpot, our regular go to. 5 star ?
