I would recommend the products but not the service. So I visited this new milk tea shop in Dieppe, NB with friends last Nov. 2nd and we experienced a disappointing service. Although the avocado cheese shake was really good, the brown sugar boba latte and milk tea were average. Sadly, the cashier, a small Asian guy, provided poor service. First time visiting Presotea' new location in St. Catharines. staff were incredible friendly, massive selection to pick from, spotless.
We will be back again for sure. Recommend 100%

Presotea is a bubble tea shop located in downtown London, Ontario. The drinks are refreshing and come in large cups, satisfying customers who order the right drink. The avocado cheese shake and fresh Avocado & mango juice with pineapple have also received praise for their amazing taste. While the drinks are great, some have expressed concerns about the downtown location due to issues with homelessness and mental illness in the area. Despite this, many find the staff to be professional and friendly, although there have been mentions of poor service experiences from some customers. For a cleaner and safer experience, it is recommended to visit other bubble tea shops at Masonville Mall or near Costco on Wonderland Road. Overall, Presotea offers a variety of delicious bubble teas and is known for good customization, but the location may not be ideal for everyone.
