Took until 5:52 to get drink because I kept complaining.
That’s an 18 minute turnaround on a Sunday.
Won’t be coming back because of bad customer service.
Hopefully management reaches out so I can personally explain to them about customer service and how it’s supposed to be done!

I visited Presotea on Richmond Street in London, Ontario today and was left appalled by the poor customer service and quality of their products.
I purchased two large Peach Cheese Cloud drinks, but when I received them, the cheese cloud topping tasted sour. I brought this to the attention of the staff, expecting them to apologize and offer a solution. Instead, they seemed more concerned with reviewing camera footage to dispute my claim rather than addressing the issue.
After reviewing the footage, the staff told my wife and me that there was nothing wrong with the drinks. No apology, no offer to remake the drinks or provide a refund. Just a dismissive attitude and a clear lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
As a result of this experience, my wife and I have decided to NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. We would also like to warn others to STAY AWAY FROM PRESOTEA LONDON (RICHMOND STREET). The lack of customer service and quality control is unacceptable, and we wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through what we did.

I would recommend the products but not the service. So I visited this new milk tea shop in Dieppe, NB with friends last Nov. 2nd and we experienced a disappointing service. Although the avocado cheese shake was really good, the brown sugar boba latte and milk tea were average. Sadly, the cashier, a small Asian guy, provided poor service. His unfriendly attitude was evident despite my respectful demeanor and consideration for fellow customers in queue. When seeking options due to health issues, his response was unhelpful. To enhance customer satisfaction, I recommend the owner to invest in staff training focused on delivering more respectful and friendlier service. My long background in retail and customer service has taught me that quality service keeps customers coming back regardless of the quality of your product.

How they make the fruit drink taste like you're having a bright and happy flavor is really intriguing.
Also, there is a little bit of a hint of tea taste in the mix your taste buds will not escape from, which I found very interesting.
They're really good at customization, too.

I always order a giant Mango Sluch and today I forgot to tell them it was sugar free and since they didn't ask me either, they gave me the regular one and I couldn't drink it because it was so sweet. I told the manager that they didn't ask me how much sugar I wanted and they said that was a shame. They offered me another one at a discount and I don't think that's the way it should be. I left it on the counter and told the employee that I couldn't drink that sweet drink. In conclusion I lost almost $11
This is the second time I visit this wonderful place, but this time I ordered fresh Avocado & mango juice with pineapple , it tasted amazing. The staff are professional & friendly, the place very nice & neat. The location is good but it hard to find a parking spot. Strongly recommend to everyone who feel thirsty in this hot summer.

It was good the first two times but today the mango shake tastes tangy and sour and full of ice. Even the color is orange instead of yellowish. If you dont got quality mangoes just say that we are sold out. I said less ice and they still put soo much ice that now i have to wait an hour or two to drink it. Never gettin it again

I just had the worst experience ever at Presotea tonight. I asked for my favourite beverage that I have gotten at this location many times before, and they wouldn’t make it. I asked for an avocado smoothie with a bit of Japanese burnt coffee added in. I was told first that the person who does this isn’t in, followed by a second lie that they didn’t know how to add coffee to a smoothie. Ridiculous! If you are paying custom prices, you should be able to tweak your beverage any way you’d like. Thanks for ruining my night out. I walked out empty-handed. Won’t be coming back anytime soon and I will make sure to tell everyone else I know to never try this location if this is the service you are provided. So very disappointing. No drink for me and they were smiling about it, laughing, and didn’t care at all. All in all very bad customer service. Don’t waste your money here.
