I can not say enough about Purple Lips Bakery !We had my granddaughters birthday there . It was a cookie decorating party . Stephanie and her team are wonderful , they took care of everything and us. The cookies are delicious and beautiful, her cherry squares I can't wait to go back for .Please do yourself a favor and go in for some delicious sweets . Just came from a birthday party my friend was having for her granddaughter and which was hosted by Purple Lips Bakery. I was some entertainment for the kids. The staff are amazing, and the kids had a great time. A nice alternative to The Flying 'Rodent' in the south end or Tony the Tiger's old haunt in east end.I think it's a limit of 6 kids for a 2hr stretch, but do you really want more than that?I haven't had a chance to try my treats yet. I'm saving them, but the word is - they're worth the wait.

I hate baking but love to eat my sweets so having a great bakery that's serves delicious quality baked goods at a reasonable price served by friendly staff is the key to my happiness. Purple Lips is definitely a huge part of my weekly shopping excursion.

I needed dessert trays for a Celebration of Life. I reached out and not only were they able to make the trays for me, but they made custom edible printed cookies with Butterfly Stones on them. The prices were reasonable, the selection of bars, cookies, tarts and other treats were wonderful and delicious. I ordered 8 trays. When I arrived at the venue, there was concern that I may have ordered too much. There was less than half a tray left at the end of the party. Stephanie and her staff did an amazing job.I have also on other occasions had their Lemon Meringue Pie, Saskatoon Berry Pie and Apple Pie. All of them delicious. I can't remember all of the muffins I have tried, but I haven't found one yet that I didn't enjoy. This is my favourite bakery to shop at when I am in the area.
Great products and friendly. Will make Purple Lips a regular stop.

I ordered a lemon meringue and a chocolate creme pie from here for my husband's birthday. The owner replied to me quickly and even allowed me to pick up my pies a bit early. The pies were delicious and all of our birthday guests were happy with them. We will definitely order from here again. The prices are very reasonable.
