My last review was from a few years ago, we’ve since moved out of London, but found ourselves in London around dinner time tonight and thought we would try our old fav… we were all super disappointed! For the kids nachos they had no way to melt the cheese which blew my mind… they had no pico!?
The meat (brisket and ground beef) were insanely spicy, nothing like they used to be. The cashiers attitude was crappy when I questioned having no way to melt the cheese on kids nachos, and they used to make taco salad with the lettuce first… but this time the guy waited til the very end to add a small amount of lettuce on the top…
Nothing about this experience was positive, we will not be back, which is sad considering we used to really enjoy coming here.
Would not recommend.

Was a 5 star from 7 years ago - coming back to London for a visit, this has 100% been a letdown. Half ingredient bins are empty and not available, kids nachos only available with queso or not melted cheese, lacklustre customer service and a not conventional build of the menu items. 70$ for 2 kids items and 2 bowls with half the items not available and no discount offered for the discounted availability of items. What a joke of a place this has become.

Love this franchise I make a personal pit stop and buy extra for lunch next day since home town doesn't have one.

Prices are steep when dealing with feeding a family but the food tastes good. They have been consistent and of good quality. Burritos/bowls and tacos along with quesadillas are their main focus and they make them all well. The new parking lot is much nicer too.

Thank goodness for this location. Always so nice and never question my need for lots of rice. The owner and staff are always nice and professional. The food here is top notch with every single ingredient seasoned to perfection. Come here and eat! Especially if you have a wheat allergy and cannot tolerate gluten.

My favorite burrito restaurant hands down. So many protein options, always fresh and generous portions. Best queso options as I am a spicy fan, I cannot stop in without taking home 2 bags of chips and spicy queso for home.

Great customer service! There was an issue with the fountain drink station and the staff immediately replaced our drinks for no extra charge.

Everything about this place is great! I mentioned to the manager about my dietary restrictions and was quick to make suggestions, staff are awesome

Service was not good. Protein portion was very less on asking for more i was told to pay extra. I have never been served a quantity this small for protein in qdoba.
