The girl who served us was amazing she said her name was Sayyida, but I'm not sure on the spelling but she was great! The most I've seen someone load the taco salad, very generous. She was very friendly and incredibly efficient. Give this woman a raise.

I met a few friends from work here for lunch.

The quesadilla that I had could not have had another bean stuffed in it - it was full!

Full of flavour also!

The beer was cold, and we all enjoyed our lunch.

Very well done. Not much of a view but that is not a fault of the restaurant.

Portions are extremely skimpy! $16 for three almost empty tacos! I have only eaten here twice.. the first time I was there it was the same thing, tonight I wanted to give them another try and again, three to four pieces of chicken in each. Asked for extra sour cream and barley any there, two to three small pieces of tomato. I feel robbed. Sadly won’t be coming back again..

This place surprised me. It's way better than your average Mexican food chain. The toppings are fresh, the flavor is full. Lots of options. Friendly staff. I'll be back lots.

Was in the parking lot and decided what I wanted through the qdoba app. It came to 32 dollars. Decided to go order inside instead to avoid the wait. Ordered the exact same food and was charged 7 dollars more than the app price for the exact same meal.
I ordered a cheese crusted steak fajita quesadilla and it was not cheese crusted more like cheese soggy. The 2 end pieces were stable enough to eat and were good but the 2 large middle cut pieces were wet and soggy and disgusting. I ordered a chips and 3 queso dip. The dip was great but the chips tasted stale. And I ordered the churro bites and they were super dry and hard. I'm not talking delicious and crispy I mean hard like stale. I spit out the first bite and threw the whole bag away. All in all I paid 39 dollars for this. Was not worth it. None of the staff seemed to understand what they were doing. Not sure why they advertise a cheese crusted if they can't make a proper cheese crust. When I asked about the price difference from the qdoba website I was told "that's just how it is". If my food had been actually fresh and made proper it would've been worth the money but I feel like I was scammed. Please train your staff better and stop serving soggy and stale food.

The Portions Suck. $19.20 and my bowl looks half empty. This place was a 5/5 but my last 3 visits have been a 1/5. My previous visit I politely said something about them being lean, but clearly this is how they are now.
Not going to come back. You got 2 stars for a good history. It was nice while it lasted.

Let me start by saying I eat at Qdoba 2-3 times per month and always order nachos, chips on the side. I am a creature of habit and have been eating there consistently for years. I’m talking back before the pickled onions when chopped ten onion were a thing. I’m a huge fan of onion on my nachos and idk who decided pickled onion was a better option but here we are.

When the pickled onions were introduced I was soaking to the manager and they said we usually always have diced onion in fridge, ask and if we have it we’d be happy to grab it… and this was true at the Dundas and Wellington location for years…

Today as usual I order and when I asked for onions the short healthy looking guy with the beard told the employee “you can do it this time but it’s not something we do! Onion is an ingredient NOT a topping” from across the restaurant with other customers there. How much effort does it take to grab some onions? Why is it that everyone is ok with it but this guy? Does Qdoba no longer care about doing what they can to make the customer smile? It was literally the same topping sans vinegar, no prepping needed, just a few extra steps!!! Thank you to all the rest of the amazing staff that have always taken that extra step to and the onions… bearded dude….. do better?

We don’t eat at Qdoba often as it’s not in our area but stop in when we are. Because it is infrequent that we stop, we don’t remember the menu and needed to be prompted as to what we wanted for choices. We had a really nice young guy named Aidan that served us. He was so patient and humble and honestly just lovely to interact with. He didn’t make us feel like we were going too slow and was just so nice. He should be proud of how natural customer service seems to come from him! And to his manager/owner- what a fantastic hire you have.

Disappointing. Out of all of my years eating at this location, I've never had as terrible as service. It had been a long day, and Qdoba is my favorite place to order from. So imagine my disappointment when my order arrives looking like this. Cold. Sad. Missing chicken, lettuce & barely anything in it. It looked as if they took the leftover scraps threw it in a bowl and called it close enough. Lazy. Terrible.

And then when I showed up the guy working seemed like he couldn't have cared less. Had an attitude of 'Oh, it's you.' I understand working retail & fast food. I really try not to be a frustrating customer. But this was extremely upsetting to me. I wouldn't have looked at this bowl & served it to begin with. Then they went around asking if any of the employees wanted to eat the bowl.

The only reason I'm giving three stars is because the manager was the only one who seemed to care, replacing the bowl. Apologizing. Even offering to give me a free entree coupon.

A must read review,

Yes i do review for many restaurants but for me this one is just exceptional !!!!. I did not have any idea how it was going to be but the food here just blew my mind. I ordered 2 bowls with 2 separate types of chicken in it both of them were so good. I tried the spicy sauce and its is highly recommended. Swore its worth every penny.

I usually enjoy and was looking forward to my nachos but This time nachos chips were full of salt and not cooked. I calm them right away and they offered me to come back another day to get just chips
