Having eaten Quesada burritos for five years and worked at a different location for three years, I was extremely disappointed by this store. None of the spicy sauces (Pineapple Habanero, Garlic Habanero, Mango Habanero) were available, and even the basic sauces lacked flavor. There were no refried beans, and the black beans were watered down instead of freshly prepared.
The burrito was soggy with water dripping out, the grill looked unhygienic, and the toppings didn’t seem fresh. Portion sizes were inconsistent, and overall quality was far below Quesada’s standards. Despite offering guidance, the staff ignored instructions, showing poor training and professionalism. I hope the owner or head office addresses these issues immediately!
Ordered some regular burritos online they were smaller than a tim hortons sandwich for comparison. Both of them together would have made up a regular burrito else were. :/ usually love the place but I am pretty disappointed this time around.

Will I should've read the reviews before ordering from here. The regular burrito was the size of an empanada. The majority of the wrap was tucked in with very little filling. I don't know if they're measuring the toppings with a tablespoon. Extremely disappointed. Never again.

Always so fresh and tasty… I love their grilled veggie with rice and beans bowl…their seasoned chips and quac are unreal too!!! Friendly safe who gave us free corn salsa samples✨👌

We are requesting everyone from the Uber group to complain about this place and to shut down the Uber system of this business. I hope this business will be closed as soon as possible. One person works alone inside and makes us wait for 40 minutes. What kind of disrespect is this? You have no right to waste people's time like that. You should give priority to the customers inside and make the Uber drivers wait for 40 minutes. This is a very immoral behavior, you don't even deserve 1 star.
