I'm very disappointed after calling and talking to the manager about our order. My hubby and I ordered 2 panzerottis and a small pizza. I cut into my panzo and the ingredients were lacking big time. I called to see if we could get a credit and the manager pretty much called me a liar saying he was the one that made them. He says he counts out the pepperoni. There couldn't have been more than 5 and he says he doesn't put less than 8. Not only was it lacking pepperoni, but the other toppings. We ordered deluxe. He didn't seem to care. I took a photo and wanted to send it to him, but he still didn't believe me. I didn't get anywhere. I told him I was going to do a review. He wasn't phased. Poor customer service. Wish I could share my photo.

Ordered the two large pizzas for $30 “deal”. This pizza was awful. The large was more like a medium , ingredients were of very low quality. Asked for extra toppings and they were light at best. It’s was dry, barely warm and the sauce tasted like canned pasta sauce. Was expecting more for that price. Would have been better off going to little Caesar’s. Will not order from them again. Must be under new ownership or something because I’ve heard they used to be really good.

I am absolutely furious ? I tried ordering panzerottis on Saturday by phone and through skip. But when I didn't get through I drove over and the store was closed. This in itself isn't the worst part, but the fact that they fulfilled my skip order today on Wednesday is ridiculous. I got charged for panzerottis I don't even get to eat as I don't live in london and was only visiting for the weekend. Who fulfills an order 4 days late? My family has been getting panzerottis from quick stop since they opened, it's literally the only panzerotti I'll eat. But it's been hell catching them when they are open. Ever since the son took over the service has gone down hill. The store has cut back on hours and randomly closes. I'm very disappointed, it's been 6+months since I've been able to get an order through.

Never got the delivery when I called to order it I got told 45 minutes. An hour later never got it I called back and told don't bring it also told them how were health care workers and so upset we never got it. This is the second time we tried to order from them last week we tried no one picked up the phone even though they were open.

By far the absolute worst pizza I've ever had from a takeaway place. The quality of ingredients, dough, sauce, cheese it was all very poor. Definitely not worth the money, you're honestly better off with a Dr. Oetker. Personally I will never return, it's just that bad.Parking: Ample spaces for picking up your food.
Placed an order for pick up, arrived to go pick it up at the time I was told... door was locked with a sign saying back in 15 mins.. if they didn't want the order why even accept it..waste of time and waste of gas

super panz is now a kids meal. hardlly any toppings and half the size. when the dad ran the place we had left overs. never again, close your doors and go back to school son.

Ordered panzarottis this evening. Far below standards that we are normally use to from here. Lacking in fillings in both and also overdone. Very dissatisfied.
