The last quiznos anywhere near me. Subs that aren't terrible on bread that tastes like bread.

Terrible service.
There is something about the peppercorn steak sub that keeps me coming back.

Quality of the restaurant is quickly declining.
They advertise a queso Philly sub but do not have the ingredients for it.
No crackers for the soup.
The receipt has become unreadable and impossible to scan for the points system.
Poor management.

What a great sandwhich, most of the Quiznos are closed in Alberta. Their chicken carbonara does not disappoint look forward to it every time I visit London.

This place was so good the lady behind the counter was very nice and brought out my food and the food was delicious
This restaurant was once one of the best Quiznos locations, but over time, the quality of both service and food has noticeably declined. There were no napkins on the tables, the food trays were not clean, and the overall food quality was disappointing. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the dining experience.

If your sauces taste like battery acid, maybe don’t slather your sandwiches with it. Black Angus was inedible. Toppings were very sparse.

The Quiznos Indians have been a disappointing experience, they wear earbuds using they’re food gloves have very bad English and are very bad listeners and can’t understand a thing made my order wrong several times and have food poisoned my food twice and have little care for health and safety standards. The only Employee that I have seen work for 4 years or more is that Santiago guy. He is very friendly, makes conversation and actually speaks perfect English & follows procedure n protocol unlike the new owners. I heard he was laid off unfairly and now I feel it’s not worth going. Another thing to point out they close an hour or more depending if it’s dead at during hours which is bad for people travelling from other cities to here just to see it’s closed. Quiznos CHANGE THE OWNERS!!! MAKE a CHANGE!! They charge for sides even though you don’t put much in a sub!!!
New owners have been out of gluten free bread since they took over it’s always surprisingly out of stock. Not friendly taking orders with little to no eye contact.
Ordered Italian classic 9” on italian herb bread, bread was stale and received food poison later that afternoon. Thanks Quiznos
My guess is new owners have no other Quiznos franchise in the city along with another sub/sandwich competitor within walking distance quality certainly has declined from a few years ago.
They can’t seem to get my order right , bad with food allergies.
Always good. Staff is always friendly.
The new owners have certainly let things go downhill. The food quantity and quality is substantially worse, service is terrible, and staff are rude and do not care. Food safety standards are also questionable at best. I won't be returning. It is a shame as this is one of the few Quiznos in the area.
