I have purchased their cupcakes twice ($36/half dozen) and both times found the cake extremely dry. I made my most recent purchase yesterday and asked the staff person if they were baked yesterday to which she replied ‘yes’. Hard to believe - they need to check their quality control. I will not buy from them again.

I purchased cupcakes recently as it was a last minute decision, however $42 for 7 cupcakes and terrible service they were not worth it! Plus, I found them to be dry. The older lady who service us was very unfriendly and impatient. She is not a good face for a store front.

The older woman with the grey hair is not welcoming at all. It made for an unpleasant experience while in the shop. The cupcakes are yummy and I’ve always enjoyed them. It’s a shame how the poor customer service really impacted our overall experience.
I was given some of these cupcakes a few years ago and loved them. I just stopped today to buy some, over $20 for 3. What I bought today was nothing like I had experienced before. I would have to agree with other posts, the cake itself was very dry and the toppings had little flavor. The customer service was lovely but sadly the product was most disappointing.

Parking and getting in and out is a bit of an issue. The cupcakes are nicely done but be prepared to pay $7 for one.
I ordered a cake for my daughter's high school graduation and couldn't have been more pleased! The grad cap decoration was great and they even personalized it with her name for me. We ordered a strawberry cake that tasted so much like fresh strawberries and was so moist, with cream cheese icing (delicious!) The service was wonderful while ordering and the cake was packaged right ready for pickup when I arrived. Will definitely visit again, thanks!
