The inconsistencies at this place are unbelievable. Every time I order the exact same drink, it tastes different - sometimes way too sweet, sometimes not sweet at all, and other times it has barely any ice and ends up warm. It’s never consistent. I think it’s time to try somewhere else.

This was honestly the worst Mango Diamond Slush I’ve had since I started buying from this store. Usually, their mango drinks are sweet, smooth, and refreshing — but this time, it was a total letdown.

The drink was extremely sour and had a strong, unpleasant taste of unripe mangoes. It felt like they used underripe fruit, which completely ruined the flavor. I even went back to the store and returned it, explaining that it tasted off and sour. They did replace it with another one, which was slightly less sour, but still nowhere near the usual quality.

Overall, this was a very bad experience, especially considering how consistent and good their mango drinks usually are. I hope it was just a one-off batch issue, but it definitely left a bad impression this time.

Yesterday afternoon was truly a memorable moment for me it was my first time trying Real Fruit, and I must say, the mango flavor, was absolutely delicious! It was so refreshing and flavorful that I couldn’t help but share the experience with all my friends.

But more than the taste, what made it incredibly special was the proud moment of being served by my own son. As a mom, there are no words to fully express how joyful and grateful I felt seeing him confidently doing his part-time job, serving customers with such grace including me. It was a beautiful and unforgettable experience that filled my heart with pride.

We visited Real Fruit in Masonville around 5:10 PM to support a friend who works there and is also a fellow church member. Before ordering five mango slushes, we asked the male staff member and the small female manager if it was still okay to order, as the store was near closing. They said yes, and we agreed to the available mango flavour.

When our friend who worked there kindly asked about a possible discount, the male staff member responded sarcastically. I immediately told our friend it was fine and not to worry.

While placing the order, the small female manager raised her voice in a loud, sarcastic, and disrespectful tone, saying, “I only have two minutes. Are you going to take your order?” Her attitude was uncalled for and made us feel extremely unwelcome.

Despite this, our friend remained respectful, apologized, and continued working diligently. While waiting, we noticed another customer who ordered after us was served first. When we calmly asked the manager why we were being treated that way, she was finally able to respond in a more respectful tone—only after being reminded that every customer deserves to be treated with dignity, regardless of race.

Unfortunately, we still overheard the staff murmuring about the situation afterward, which further added to the unprofessional atmosphere. If they didn’t want to serve us, they should’ve just said so rather than treating us with such rudeness. This experience reflected poorly on the business.

I love this place but it seems like it all leads down to the person making the smoothies.
Went today( Tues.April.29 2025) and it seemed like she wasn't keen on making the drinks fresh.
Bought a blueberry and added mango. There was already mango in a blender that was sitting there since I came in so she decided to use that.
I would prefer my smoothies more fresher than that.

Very bad customer service. I visited at 1:46pm on 8th April'25. The lady on the counter was very very rude & was racist. Back in 2023 it was really good so I went there with my wife, during my visit of London
