Great time at the bar tonight. Wonderful story of the place named after the owners 2 kids. There were some other people at the bar that were cut off and they are going to be leaving a bad review. Ignore it this place is great!

First time attending tonight for a birthday dinner. Service was really good - everyone was friendly. Burrata salad was so delicious! Tiramisu also very tasty - just like a cloud for dessert! Would absolutely recommend (and make a reso)! Will definitely return. Thanks for a great meal!

Came here for a birthday celebration.
Rebel Layne did not disappoint and we had quite high hopes. Everything we ordered was good but the carbonara and pizza were outstanding! The flavours of the pizza were intriguing and blended so well. The noodles used for the carbonara were new to me and I enjoyed the thicker long noodle. The dessert came with a sparkler for the birthday girl. Our server was very attentive and welcoming. I will say it is a small space, but you can either find this cozy or too tight. The restaurant is beautifully designed, very happy to see this surfacing of Torontonian-esque restaurants in London; makes this feel like a real city.

Have offcially visited a few times, and am never disappointed! The service is amazing - today we had Ryan who was incredibly helpful and intentive. The pizzas, foldies, meatballs, artichokes have been amazing. However I will say, I have been trying oysters all over London and THIS IS MY GO TO. Half priced 2pm-5pm, it is my oyster hotspot.

Loved Company Bar, but the menu is spectacular at Rebel Layne. Same great service and attention to details (especially on dietary restrictions - I'm celiac). Could not recommend Rebel Layne more. Do yourself a favour and get the crispy artichoke.

Had the carbonara and found it to be okay. Not bad in anyway but I would try something else if I go back. We also shared the puff bread and arancini. I don't know what we expected but the puff bread was basically an inflated pita, again not bad but nothing to write home about. The arancini was good but small. For dessert I had the Tiramisu which was great :)

Love the decor. It is a fairly small space so expect noise to travel, not bad if you like a lively fun environment. We were seated in a booth close to the door and it got pretty cold with people in line holding the door open while waiting to get in.

Service was great, multiple servers checked in on us and cleared plates.

Overall very neat spot, but not in a rush to go back.

Same quality as company bar.

Delicious food, wish the salmon portion was larger.

My main gripe is the drink menu lacking a sweet option.

The pasta was amazing!

This was disappointing. We've really enjoyed our Wolfe restaurant visits through the years, even if the service isn't outstanding. Loved this place as Wolfe of Wortley, and Company Bar. This was a huge miss. The cocktail wasn't great, the Caprese salad definitely wasn't worth $18 and was okay, and the Cacio E Pepe was overdone and wasn't flavourful. And I'm sure the restaurant would look great on Instagram but in reality, it was kind of tacky. The Wolfe restaurants in past always had great decor - eclectic but interesting, and a great atmosphere. This just felt like a bunch of plastic flowers, haphazard cookbooks and wall patterns. And I don't even know what kind of music was on in the background. It's disappointing to lose one of the best spots in Wortley like this :(

Wanted to be in love with this spot

Service is so super slow, like next level slow!
10 mins to get my drink after it was ordered and had already sat there for 5 before they asked what I would like to drink.
Cocktails are given cool names but the prices don’t really have to be that high as they are nothing special

Puff bread very underwhelming
Whipped Ricotta is too sweet but also kind of flavourless. You get a LOT of it but very little bread so there’s a lot left over as waste.

Main courses are good portions
But just mediocre for flavour.

Overall cheque was very high for 4 people at lunch, service was bad and food was so so
Not worth it

We had dinner at Rebel Layne tonight and everything was amazing. The restaurant is so beautiful inside, really nice attention to detail. The food was so good! Definitely one of the better restaurants I’ve been to in London lately! We got the rigatoni, cacio e Pepe, smash burger and puff bread! All amazing and would recommend. As for the staff, everyone was super friendly. Our waitress was attentive and the chef even came out to see how we were doing and ask how our food was. Great food and great service 👍🏼 we’ll be coming back for sure!

Cool spot in the heart of Wortley! Love the beautiful decor and florals, so many nice touches throughout. We shared a few apps which were all delicious! Highly recommend the Fried Maitake Mushrooms and the Arancini, and the Burrata salad was super yummy. 😋 Service was friendly, ambiance was on point. Would definitely go back!

I called in to make a reservation. I asked for a moment to confirm the time with the person I was going to the restaurant with. The person on the phone was impatient and hung up on me.
