I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback on my recent experiences with your pizza, which have unfortunately been disappointing.

My family and I have been loyal customers of Swan Pizza since you first opened at Hyde Park. Your pizzas used to be exceptional, full of flavor with generous toppings and a perfectly cooked crust. We were so impressed that we frequently recommended your place to our friends, many of whom also became regular customers after trying your pizza at our home.

However, since the change in ownership, we’ve noticed a significant decline in both the quality of the pizza and the customer service. The toppings are sparse, the taste is not what it used to be, and the overall experience feels like the pizza is no longer made with the same care and attention to detail. To make matters worse, when I called to provide feedback, the response was dismissive, with no apology or effort to address the issues. This was disheartening, as the pizza was neither "well done" as requested, nor was it up to the standard we've come to expect.

Considering the price of your pizzas, I believe it’s reasonable to expect both high-quality food and attentive customer service. It’s disappointing that this is no longer the case, despite giving it multiple chances since the ownership change.

I sincerely hope that you take this feedback to heart and consider improving the quality of your product and customer service. We truly miss the pizza we once loved and hope you can bring it back to the high standard that earned you so many loyal customers.

Yesterday i have ordered pizza’s, tasted like they made it one day before? the toppings the cheese everything was soggy, i have being ordering pizza’s from them from so long time, but this time they disappoint me. I loved their pizzas but this time they gave me old pizza,, very disappointing

Tried their Butter Paneer and Paneer Tikka pizzas. The sauce in Butter Paneer was a bit bland, but would still give it a try, because it is an experience. Loved the Paneer Tikka pizza. Amazing sauce, cheese and toppings combo. Should try this place for a quirky South Asian take on Pizza!

Decided to Uber eats red swan this evening. Racial tensions are on the rise. Ordered pizza and wings. Wings were what you could make at home. My Uber driver was Michael; when he handed my dinner over to me he made the comment that when he picked my food up that there were two christians there at the time in theory for food as it’s an Indian restaurant, yes Michael stated that himself.

I get back to my unit, turn on a show after setting dinner on the table to it looking like this:

It’s like they said “ oh another rich one of them “ in the bakers mind or something. And squished my pizza.

I will not order pizza out again I am going to educate myself on how to make it. I’ve been a cook in a nuclear facility. What is this!?;

Kid-friendliness: Warning; humanitarian prejudice runs amongst this workplace.

Very disappointed I call them I need piza after anhour i told them pickup time when I go there my order was not fresh and thay made it 1 hour early and was in cold area when I ask them nor fresh she told me I have no idea I can't do any thin this is my last order don't wast ur money go piza piza they have good customer services and fresh food

1st time tonight ordering at Swan. Excellent flavours, especially enjoying the thin sesame seed crust. Someone in this pizzeria has very good taste buds! Thank you.

Surprising how much the quality of this pizza has gone down. Used to be the go-to for shawarma pizza. Ordered recently - no sauce was included despite paying for one and a 20% tip. There was next to no chicken on the entire pizza. Delivered cold. Won’t be ordering again unfortunately.
