Ordered nachos and a Coke Zero for delivery. Nachos were cold, hard, crispy, ground beef and cheese were overdone and vegetables were dry. They did not deliver the pop either. Asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t because it was “too difficult”. Very disappointing

This location does not participate in national promotions, such as this week's 50% off sale. Their pizzas are also often overcooked and skimpy on toppings. That's a shame because the Wellington and Wonderland locations are phenomenal. Go to one of those instead.

The pizza here is delicious -much better than Pizza Pizza, Little Caesars, and many other places.
You can get an XL size for $23 with two toppings, plus you can add free toppings (check the picture for details).
The service is great, and the space is clean if you choose to dine in.

One of the best pizzas I have ever eaten! The staff was super friendly, the atmosphere was really good and the place is clean and well-maintained. I've got vegan pizza, which tasted delicious, I enjoyed it. My family got bacon and ground beef pizza as well as boneless chicken bits, and they enjoyed it. Highly recommend for pizza lovers 👌

Ordered X large vegitable pizza with full toppings and no chilliflaks mentioned that kids will eat so no spicy but order served was too spicy 🌶️ kids left empty stomach and we hardly managed to finish order. Reported to the cook but left unattended as he said he didn’t add too much spices / red flaks . Discussion end with disappointment. We are the regular customer since last 2 years but felt strongly that now redswan pizza at hyde park lost the taste as all staff also looks different. Now will explore somewhere else 👍

My family and I have been loyal customers of Swan Pizza since you first opened at Hyde Park. Your pizzas used to be exceptional, full of flavor with generous toppings and a perfectly cooked crust. We were so impressed that we frequently recommended your place to our friends, many of whom also became regular customers after trying your pizza at our home.
However, since the change in ownership, we’ve noticed a significant decline in both the quality of the pizza and the customer service. The toppings are sparse, the taste is not what it used to be, and the overall experience feels like the pizza is no longer made with the same care and attention to detail. To make matters worse, when I called to provide feedback, the response was dismissive, with no apology or effort to address the issues. This was disheartening, as the pizza was neither "well done" as requested, nor was it up to the standard we've come to expect.
Considering the price of your pizzas, I believe it’s reasonable to expect both high-quality food and attentive customer service. It’s disappointing that this is no longer the case, despite giving it multiple chances since the ownership change.
I sincerely hope that you take this feedback to heart and consider improving the quality of your product and customer service. We truly miss the pizza we once loved and hope you can bring it back to the high standard that earned you so many loyal customers.
