I’ve gotten the tenders on Uber eats and they may have been the best I’ve ever had. There wings are solid

The sandwiches are literally less than half the size they used to be. Ordered via ubereats and the pictures they use still show the full size sandwiches even though they are now half the size. Absurd.

After a bad experience and being assured that if we ordered again, the food and experience would be better, it wasn’t. The chicken sandwiches are half the size they used to be, the bun is so stale that half of it was crumbled on the side, and the two sandwiches we like warm when they arrived. The mac n cheese is “okay”, but pretty greasy and was also tepid. Nothing was hot, and for the price it is not worth it. We are taking a chance on eating not hot chicken but are starved so will roll the dice. This was our last try for this ghost kitchen run out of Jack Astor’s on Richmond St. in London Ontario. There are way better chicken spots in town.

Food was great, portions great as well. Had the Nashville sandwich + Giant cookie, Cute little joke on delivery bag too :) hits the spot for all your cravings!

I ordered a 5 piece tossed combo, received only the chicken no fries for the combo. And the chicken literally looked like batter had been cooked and served.

so i ordered the sauced and tossed nasville hot & a mac n cheese, the chicken was not sauced at all, but i’m not even mad cause of how juicy & beautifully seasoned it was. fries are beautifully seasoned as well, and mac n cheese was possibly the best i have ever had, 10/10 experience even tho my order was messed up

I have tried you guys twice and all i have learned is your staff did not listen at all ... its beyond disappointing and you guys have stolen money from me because i pay but you cant seem to get me my food. Rip off!

Bro the 911 chicken is probably the least spicy chicken sandwich I have ever consumed, mayonnaise is hotter

Fantastic food and really reasonable prices, this place is top notch. My friends and I order from here regularly and have never been disappointed. The other reviewer mentioned the sandwiches not being spicy... Don't know if he got unlucky or something but they are definitely spicy ??

First time trying and the most disappointed I have ever been in a food place. My chicken sandwhich I asked for no pickles and extra mayo, well there was about 10 pickles on it and when I took them all off all went the mayo so the sandwhich was dry. I would have put the garlic Aoili on it instead but they forgot that as well and I paid extra for it. I also ordered 8 chicken fingers and well only received 7 and 3 of them were little nubs I couldn't believe that classified that as one there wasn't much chicken in it just crisp. I tried calling no answer and no email to get a hold of. I always like to resolve the issue before making a review but there is no way to contact them. I ordered through Skip the Dishes. At least with Ubereats there is a way to complain about the food.

Delicious and the chicken is so juicy. Definitely would recommend, would make tasty comfort food.

You cannot order through the phone number for pick up. Ridiculous! You have to use uber eats or skip the dishes. This is not helpful and you cannot go there .

Tried out Renegade Chicken and ordered the Renegade Chicken Sandwich combo. It wasn't bad, a little messy but lots of flavour. Only got a 1/2 lb of fries when the website says a full pound of fries? I would try again.
