A friend told me about this place. It's a great place to go if you want to work, study, hangout. Lots of beverage options and they are even licensed to serve alcohol. My favorite is the hot reset drink 😋

The coffee is mediocre and the milk alternatives taste awful

Came here for a lunch date. Good atmosphere but not good quality of food. I bought a salad and pated $5 extra to add chicken. There were only two small shredded pieces on top, and I had asked for it to be warmed up.
The staff are kind and enthusiastic!

Impossible to study there, WiFi just doesn't work there, and mobile data is getting jammed.

Discovered this café while out for a walk and couldn’t have been more impressed! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the coffee is excellent, and the service was top-notch. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.

I ordered a sweet chilli hoisin bowl with chicken for $4.50 extra, but I was only served four thin slices of chicken! The bowl was also incredibly underwhelming.

The best cappuccino I’ve enjoyed in London and the interactions with staff delight me every time, so much so I signed up with their loyalty program.

Don’t come here if you’re in a rush. You will be waiting at least 10 minutes for your drink, even if you’re the only customer in line. Employees are more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers. I’m glad they get along and enjoy the relaxed work environment, but that’s not so good for customers who just want to grab a coffee to go on their way to work.

I’ve been working as a MasterChef for 30 years, and I started my day in a great mood. I came to London, Toronto on a business trip and decided to grab a coffee here. Unfortunately, the cashier completely ruined my morning and my day — and didn’t even bother to apologize. The place is poorly managed, the staff are unfriendly and expressionless, and they didn’t even try to correct their mistake or show the slightest courtesy to apologize. People come here to enjoy a simple coffee and start their morning on a positive note, but this place is definitely not where that happens. I’m sharing this so others are aware — this business truly needs to improve its attitude and service.
I really like this place! The juices are amazing (please bring back Pretty in Pink!), and the apple, chicken and brie sandwich is delicious - highly recommend it.
One nitpick: I’ve noticed that with the fruits (like apples and pears), employees usually just peel off the sticker and put them straight into the juicer without rinsing/washing them. I’d just feel better if they were washed first.

We had our small bookclub meeting here one evening. The atmosphere was so comfortable and respectful. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food and smoothie were quite delicious, no one went home hungry. I'm definitely going to show off the place to more friends soon.

Extremely crowded and full of students. Not recommended if you want to work or have a conversation.
