I love how open the space is. It is very contemporary, and modern, but with a comfortable welcoming vibe. There is a lot of seating - booths, high tops, tables - and an extensive menu. They also sell booze: wines, beer (Anderson's and a few others) and canned cocktails. Service is average when it comes to time. I went on a Monday morning, and while it wasn't too busy, the average wait time for a food item was 5-10 minutes. Definitely a broad range of clientele, retirees and students and professionals. Downside is parking. If you're not walking here, it's kind of a rough spot to drive to. Recommend parking on Dufferin or Kent.

I enjoyed a freshly squeezed juice for the first time, and I wasn't sure what to expect. The flavour was different but so full of taste that my taste buds very much enjoyed. I would highly recommend this establishment for the food selection and excellent service.

Food was fresh, price was good, place was spacious and clean. Service could be faster but since food was fresh, we accepted the slower service. The only thing we didn’t like were the chairs. They were very uncomfortable, low hard back with no support, hurt to sit on. See the pictures. Only a few soft padded bench seats available.
The place is cute. The barista wasn't happy to be there though.

This was my second time at Reset. The first experience was good, although service was a little slow.
Space: lovely and cute cafe with beautiful decor and ample seating. So many spots to charge your devices so that’s a big plus! They also sell local beer/ wine which is a nice touch!
Food: I ordered a spinach pastry and my friend got a custard tart. She said the tart was delicious! My pastry was tasty but I do wish I was offered the option to have it warmed as we were dining in.
Drinks: unfortunately both of our drink orders were made incorrectly. I got an iced decaf americano with syrups and milk, both the syrups and milk were forgotten. My friend got a strawberry matcha but she was given a smaller size than requested/paid for. When she notified the barista and returned to her seat, he approached our table to ask for her incorrect drink back. We were both a little surprised at the request as we’ve never had this experience at other cafes… usually the order is just rectified. I’m not sure if this is usual protocol but it did make for an awkward interaction.
Service: there’s room for improvement on the service front; although it wasn’t busy the baristas did not approach quickly to take our order, then there was the incident noted above. After which we noticed the baristas gossiping and looking in our direction.
Overall, it is a nice cafe and good option to spend some time to study, hang out or work. I think if some more focus is put into the customer service, then it can be great!
