When ordering through Uber Eats a free promotion of french fries was included. The fries did not arrive with the pizza. As directed, i called the store who argued with me until we walked through the order. No resolution which was unfortunate. There should be more follow up with whats advertised. As usual the pizza was awesome

Honestly overcooked the pizza and garlic stick we asked for bacon crumple the gsve us strips cut up when I called he legit said nothing I can do im just a employee will never be buying from here very rude staff
Ordered the first time yesterday as this place was recommended to me by a few family friends...I must say when I called the person on the phone was very helpful. When the pizza arrived it was hot and in one word Delicious..very generous with the toppings, i Ordered a deluxe... You won't be disappointed, this will be my go to for pizza. If you haven't tried it, do it..😊

When we first moved to London a couple years ago, Richmoors was amazing! Hot, generous toppings & sauce (not too much), soft but well done crust… Fast forward to today, the past 4-5 times we’ve ordered the same BBQ chicken pizza (you can tell we gave it plenty of chances), there’s barely any sauce, you can barely taste the BBQ, the pizza isn’t as generous as it used to be and none of the extra toppings are ever added. I’ve sent a couple complaints about this but nothing has changed. It’s just a dry pizza that we want nothing to do with 🤷🏽♀️ Officially off our list.
UPDATE: Richmoor’s reached out to me shortly after I shared my review and offered to rectify the situation with a fresh pizza, free of charge. We enjoyed it 👍🏽 I appreciate the effort they made to show they care about their customers.

I've eaten their pizza for quite a while now. Always a good pizza, all the staff are familiar and friendly. Food is prepared quickly, price is great for the quality and amount of toppings. Never had a long wait for my food. Also never burnt or undercooked. Don't eat pizza much anymore but when I do it's always Richmoors.

Ordered 6 pizzas day before needed. They made for us before they opened and delivered right on time. Best pizza I have had in years! Fantastic fresh toppings and loads of them on all. Very reasonably priced for such a great pizza!
