Ordered delivery, wrong order came, no customer service whatsoever. Said it was a miscommunication. How is 2lbs of hot and 1lb of Jamaican hot hard to understand. They did not apologize or try to accommodate in any way! Result, one of my family didn’t get their wings! Terrible!!! How is this possible? Where’s customer service these days! Will NOT order again.

They sent burnt fries n wrong flavor of 2 lbs of wings They refused to refund or replace the food. I spent 52.95 n got half my order wrong.very bad service!!!

I order from this location frequently. Usually I pay at the door. They add a surcharge of $1.50 for this 'convenience' though so tonight I decided to pay online instead. When adding the tip option there is a dropdown with predefined percentages and a 'custom' option. Wanting a different amount than offered I chose custom and entered 7.5 - thinking this would be 7.5%. However this ended up being $7.50! Not wanting to pay that much tip for $30 of wings I called to get this fixed and was told there was nothing that could be done because it's an online order. No adjustment, refund, or cancellation could be made. BS.

Placed my order through Uber and found I couldn’t select what kind of wing sauce I wanted. I attempted to call the store to let them know and no one answered after 10 tries. I was able to finally get through to the driver who was at the store and he informed them that I wanted honey garlic. Then when my order came, it was all wrong. The drinks were wrong and the fries and the gravy were cold. When I called the store to inform them of their mistakes, the employee working was extremely rude and basically told me that I could go F myself and hung up. Gross customer service. Definitely would not recommend this place…ever. They don’t even deserve one start tbh
Wings are really good. Can’t recall the person who served me but he did recommend the right wings for me. They serve Halal food. Lot of options to chose from so you can enjoy different flavours and types of wings. A must visit place for wings lover. They don’t have any dine in facility so either order before or be ready to wait for 10-15 mins as they prepare them fresh and crispy. Ample parking spot.

Called the Ernest location at 11:45pm and no one answered. I walked in to order the employee was on his phone and then told me they’re closed. The website and the store sign says 1am is when they close. After explaining to him that I’ve always come here and it always closed at 1am he turned off the sign and said no we’re closed. I will never come back here again.

Nice guys but didn't expect their nuggets to taste like Jane's frozen nuggets. Maybe next time I'll try their wings but I feel ripped off. Nice people there and that's why I'm not giving 1 star.
