Super expensive and not worth the premium.

Self serve ice cream
This place used to be awesome, the look is still super cute however they’ve changed it to mostly ‘self serve’ like old froyo places but it’s just ice cream tubs and communal scoop wells. Cross contamination nightmare and means you are getting ice cream everyone else’s hands have touched. Not only that but the place feels like a ghost town, the staff weren’t great either sadly I had other orders filled way before mine (all rolled ice cream so it’s not a shorter process) and when I got mine it didn’t have the toppings it said it came with, only the little (stale) waffle cone piece and very chunky chocolate sauce. (The self serve ice cream also had sauces you could use and the chocolate exploded all over my boyfriends white shirt because it was so chunky. so that also wasn’t great..)
I’m really sad this place went downhill because it used to be amazing, used to come here all the time after class with friends.
I’m so happy that Roli Polo is renovated and open again!! it's absolutely beautiful! My all-time favourite is the chocolate with vanilla base ice cream rolls 😛so creamy and rich, it never disappoints. The staff are friendly, and Steve, in particular, was really nice and helpful !!!

All time favourite rolled ice cream place here in London, and I've tried them all. Their recipe just cant be beat and the Chocolat is my guilty addiction! Their scooped ice cream is also good! The wait times can be quite long if they're busy, but they do their best to accommodate. Would recommend going in the off season when the rolled ice cream is $16.99 instead of $19.99

Great rolled iced cream and I always like the different offerings. However, they tend to not adhere to their hours and stop operations about 30 mins before posted closing.
