I’m so happy that Roli Polo is renovated and open again!! it's absolutely beautiful! My all-time favourite is the chocolate with vanilla base ice cream rolls 😛so creamy and rich, it never disappoints. The staff are friendly, and Steve, in particular, was really nice and helpful !!!

All time favourite rolled ice cream place here in London, and I've tried them all. Their recipe just cant be beat and the Chocolat is my guilty addiction! Their scooped ice cream is also good! The wait times can be quite long if they're busy, but they do their best to accommodate. Would recommend going in the off season when the rolled ice cream is $16.99 instead of $19.99

Great rolled iced cream and I always like the different offerings. However, they tend to not adhere to their hours and stop operations about 30 mins before posted closing.

This is a great place for both hot and cold days! They have many flavors and a wonderful selection of ice creams. We chose vanilla, which is our favorite, and it was one of the best ice creams we have ever tasted. Highly recommend!

The rolled icecream was not as soft and creamy as I imagined it to be. Secondly, the edges of the seating there were so sharp, I scratched my feet.

Sorry it's not worth $19 taxed in
I thought I'm gonna get a freshly made rolled of ice cream. I ordered a unicorn rolled ice cream for pickup from Skip the Dishes and when i picked it up it wasn't freshly made. They just took it from their freezer. I'm so disappointed it's not worth my money! I wish i just place another order again at Sweet Charlie's instead of trying out a new store. I fully regret my decision. I'm so sorry but I'm not coming back.

What a cute ice cream shop! I can tell these people are trying their hardest and some of these reviews are a little harsh! Don't go to a food service location 15 minutes before their close time. That's not acceptable.

Loved the ice cream. The presentation was beautiful and the flavor was delicious. The girl who served us was very professional, attentive and friendly.

Store was undergoing renovation however the cleanliness was impeccable.

Highly recommended. Worth it and will go again!

Ridiculously expensive and over-priced for what it is. The ice cream is okay, but nothing special to justify an $18 price tag, which is insanely high considering you’re essentially just paying for the gimmick of having your ice cream rolled and not scooped out into a bowl. It makes for a cute IG picture, but that’s all they’re really selling at the end of the day. It’s also way too big for one person, I had to throw half of it away because the portion is meant to be shared but they don’t offer any snack sizes or smaller portions. Very disappointing experience, did not leave a good taste in my mouth ironically enough. Definitely feel ripped off.
