Amazing rolled ice cream.Taste is 100% natural. They use fresh fruits infront of you while making the ice cream. Many , many flavors to pick from all taste good. Quantity is worth the price two people can easily have one ice cream enjoyably. Place is cute with cute sitting chairs. The staff is very kind, polite and happy. They greet you well and have a good talk very openly. I liked their service and place both. Must try their ice cream before summers get over.

Their ice cream is pretty tasty the only concern is that I ordered a black forest icecream and it only taste like a regular chocolate icecream

There is no reason why Roli Poli shouldn't have at least 2 people working. Rolled ice cream naturally takes a long time from how it's made. When I walked in there were 3 people in front of me and online orders, which they had one person taking care of. I don't blame the employee at all, there is only so much you can do as one person.I ended up having to rush the only employee after 20 minutes because I needed to catch my bus in order to get to work, and the next bus comes in an hour. This shop is in the heart of downtown where most city buses stop. Who knows how long the people ordering online have to wait. I am surprised the ice cream isn't melted by the time it gets to their house. Again, I don't blame the employee, it's the company's responsibility.Super disappointed.
