This store is absolutely garbage. The person who answered the phone was really unpleasant,rude. She didn't even have an afford to look for the product I asked.
The hours of operations posted on site and entrance don't mean anything. Open when they feel like serve you if you're lucky. Nothing I like better than having my time wasted. Used to be repeat customer would stop by 2 times a week guess they don't like my business
Company treats their employees like dirt. Take your money elsewhere.

Used to have the best prices in town for years and years!!I noticed that six months before Covid, all the prices suddenly went up $3-$5 each!I had to started researching other sources for my supplements.No longer the best prices that I counted on for years. Disappointed .I figured it was probably new owners , or somebody got greedy.
Cashier was on a personal phone call when I walked in. She didnt greet me let alone ask if if I needed help with anything. Very rude. Was there 5 minutes and then just walked out because I couldn't find what I was looking for and was completely ignored. Terrible service.
Staff are rude and unfriendly. Never greet customers. Cashier was paintinf her nails and seemed annoyed when I asked a question. Horrible service. Won’t go back.

I have been going into S&H for numerous year and have have spent a lot of money. I stop going in because the lady Sue who I believe is in charge is not friendly. You say hello she looks at you like who are you. I am a customer. I went into today said hello got the same same reaction. I,m not sure why she has this problem but I will not not shop at S7H again.
Very rude staff/cashier.
