I was at the Saddle down shag today and I had a poutine and a cheeseburger fully loaded. The french fries were so crispy. The meat was so tender and the bun was nice and warm. The lettuce was crisp and the topics were so plentiful.. The lovely lady behind the counter I think her name was Carol. She was so friendly and so personable even charge me less than what was the price of the burger very friendly service. I would recommend this establishment 100%..

Ordered off Uber.. it's ok. Tenders were dry. Ordered a meduim poutine for $10 because you are required to choose between meduim and large, you can't just order a small, but they gave me a small. I did really enjoy the poutine though.

Southerner from lower 48 (Georgia) and got the Poutine. This is a food group itâs so good. The fries were crispy, The gravy, on point! Cheese curdsâŠ. Yum! Made fresh on the spot to order. Fast! Super sweet lady took my order. Would definitely recommend!

I have been trying to find good chip wagon fries and thank goodness I came across this little gem. They. Are. Excellent. Shared them with my hubby who isn't partial to that type of fry and he loved them. Excellent portion size, friendly staff, clean. Very good experience. Told my husband about the other menu items so looks like we have a lunch date now!

Decided to try the "Too Good to Go" surprise bag. I received fries and a pulled pork sandwich (which were stone cold); and the bag of chips expired 24 days ago. Definitely not worth it !

Ordered an onion ring poutine off of Uber eats, and it did not disappoint. Large portion, boat load of fries with the perfect amount of cheese curds and gravy. Will for sure be trying a burger later on. Keep up the good work!

Not very LGBTQ+ friendly. This place is very unwelcoming to those who donât fit the âstraightâ look. My partner and I walked in the other night, and we both instantly felt unwanted. The way that the worker spoke to the family ahead of us, compared to us was appalling. After she was done with the family in front of us she didnât say hi or anything. She didnât ask what we wanted. We told her what we wanted. She spoke rudely to use while ordering and was very short. She didnât offer any sort of utensils to us.

Showed up at 7:30 when it says they close at 8:00. They had already closed and I had driven 20 minutes to get there on time. Edit: I do understand that and have changed my review. It sounds like you're dealing with something tough. I don't know if it's possible but maybe change the closing time online when you need to close early. Again I feel for your situation and wish you the best.
